Hotel Drei Raben

The hotel could not be faulted, the staff were friendly and the accommodation included everything you could need. The hotel gave us a bottle of wine on arrival and a free drink every evening. Breakfast was exceptional. We could not fault our stay at all.

The Hotel Drei Raben is quite a lovely hotel - with very attentive, kind and helpful staff! We enjoyed the breakfast and the afternoon social hour with lively conversation with other guests and the hotel team. The location is great - walking distance to the Nuremberg Hbf and the local attractions (and the fantastic Christmas Markets). Rooms are charming and each one has a local ‘story’. We highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Nuremberg.

Bathroom walls weren’t clean. Breakfast was very limited.

This hotel was wonderful!! We were immediately treated by a very nice man who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed and felt welcomed! He definitely made the experience here a level up!!

Unique breakfast

The hotel claims four stars, not sure what that is based on (there are no amenities such as pool, gym etc.). The staff is very friendly but could use some more training. Let me explain., We arrived by car and made our way to the hotel which is smack in the southern part of the old town of Nuernberg. I only discovered at the hotel that a message had been sent to me (email) the afternoon before our arrival that due to construction the GPS would give us the wrong directions, and one had to input a different address. That being said, we managed but the communication could possibly have been more timely. We used the valet service of the hotel after unloading our luggage in a side street next to the hotel. Subsequently, while sipping a libation on the small terrace in front of the hotel, I overheard three staff members discussing who should park the car of the next guest who had arrived after us, as two of them had been drinking. One, I laud them for debating this as it indicates a sense of responsibility, two, I would not discuss that in front of guests and just assume they don't understand German. Anyway, location is great, everything walkable, room was very small, bathroom had a few hairs, view was of the building next door, breakfast was good. The elevator is geriatric and tiny.

The hotel is superb. Modern and comfortable. The staff have excellent customer service skills. The highlights are the rooms, quiet, spacious, comfortable bed and great shower! The breakfast was superb too. I like the free drink between 6pm and 8pm. In Nuremberg I will only stay at the Drei Raben. Excellent hotel. Stay here with confidence!

Qwirky hotel in the old town. Great service. Great location.

This little hotel is in the perfect location. Our room was spotless and our king bed was firm. It was very quiet as well. The hotel itself is in need of updating. Hallway carpets are old and stained, the lobby is clean but tired. The staff was excellent, however, and the breakfast was perfect.

Very nice European style hotel. Clean, comfortable beds. However, air conditioning did not work well and it was warm. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast was great!

Big room, silent and dark windows, comfy bed and linens and towels. Excellent breakfast. Ralph brought me to the fine Italian restaurant around the corner. Easy walk to Museums and Hof.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was excellent

This hotel has taken hospitality to a whole new level. The owner and staff are amazingly helpful, thoughtful and hospitable. I especially loved the small artistic touches in every way - from food presentation to room preparation, and those little jars used for sugar, fruits and all sorts of unexpected stuff. Marko was awesome, he parked our car and made sure we were all set. Breakfast was wonderful and they waited for us to eat long after 11am on both days that we were there. There was a welcome sign with our names, and chocolates waiting on the bed for us, even though we booked 30 or so minutes before arrival! We only wish we had stayed longer. Will definitely go back, if only to be in a hotel where the people genuinely care about their guests, and treat them like Royalty. This place has really raised the bar for the entire industry.

Concept hotel full of charm and friendly staff from management to team. So many options being right in the middle of town. Breakfast was so charming served in tiny jars. Only problem is that it is a concept so don’t expect too much normality. For me it’s great for my partner it wasn’t. Also it was a bit dirty but there was a huge party in town so don’t expect that all the time.

Staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Rooms were spacious and they offered ‘happy hour’ and ‘breakfast for free. Wonderful place.

Great boutique hotel for our 3 day trip to Nürmberg ! Markus and Rolf were super friendly upon check in and throughput our stay. Delicious breakfast buffet is included, and a complimentary glass of wine at happy hour nightly.
