The NH couldn’t be closure to the central station so very easy to get around and only a 15/20 minute walk to Marienplatz. Despite the hotel being next to the tram tracks/station area the room was very quiet, comfortable and easy to relax. Everywhere was clean and the staff friendly/professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

The hotel treats you in an are inviting g manner if you are not third party but after circumnavigating that, I have nothing but praise for everything, esp where it is and its layout. Room, beds, bathrooms towels and layout all excellent. Good value

Housekeeping was hit-or-miss, sometimes towels, sometimesa bottle of water, sometimes coffee pucks. Rooms were clean. Room furniture could be more comfortable. Asked for a bucket of ice @ they wanted to charge me 5€! Had to settle for a glass-of ice.

The employees were friendly and helpful. The housekeeping service was efficient and we were surprised with a free bottle of water every day. The bartender made us feel welcome. Location was close to our tours and the hop on hop off bus and main train station. We walked to dinner every night. The bathrooms were clean plus the water pressure and lighting were good as well. Would stay there again!!

This hotel has an amazing location, is clean, modern and a great overnight stay. No complaints whatsoever. However, there is an opportunity to improve the customer experience with a bit more human interaction or staff. The automated process was a bit sterile and there were delays for customers when staff had to help people with the automated check-in process. There was only one staff member available, that I saw at the front entrance. This happened several times while we passed through the hotel entrance. Even with this small inconvenience I would very much recommend.

Nice place with a really good breakfast. It is very convenient to the train station with stores and restaurants close by. The only negative experience we had was at the small bar next to the check-in counters. While trying to relax after a long day of travel, we sat in the bar area and there was a continuous annoyance because the bartender was carrying on joking and laughing with 2 fellow staff from the check-in counter. This lasted the entire time we were there (a good half hour). The bartender made no attempt to service our table.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at NH Collection München Bavaria. The hotel location was excellent, just steps from the main train station and only a few minutes’ walk from the main plazas and attractions. The staff were always kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food with many options to choose from each morning. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Munich.
