Check in was very good. Friendly. Helpful, informative staff member.
We had a free upgrade. Tea, coffee and water provided in the room. Everything we needed for our stay. Good recommendation for a restaurant as theirs was closed. Parkibg was secure inder the hotel in level B and cost 16 euros for 24 hours. Be aware there is a 24 hour reception so you can check in after 6 pm.

This is the 4 th time we have stayed here since July. This is the first time we had an issue. There was a terrible smell coming from the bathroom drains and when I complained I was told sorry, I hope your next visit is better.

A standard modern city centre hotel with everything needed for a comfortable stay while visiting Stuttgart and surrounding areas. Very much what would be expected from a major chain at this level, annd quite fresh annd modern, but nothing remarkable beyond that.

We decided to stay here rather than the Ibis on Marienplatz as we had issues with the room temperature last time we stayed at the Ibis. I am glad we chose this hotel which was only a bit more expensive than the Ibis. Room was so much nicer, quieter, kettle in room etc. I can't comment on breakfast as we had breakfast in a nearby cafe. Obviously great for transport links for the City.

The person who checked us in was rude. He asked for my club number and I gave it to him and he told me it was active. Well been using it for years so I don’t know how that happened. I said well ok don’t worry about. He wanted to sign me up with another one and I told him no and he just kept at it. Oh well
