The staff are what male this place so incredible. Don't get me wrong, the location and facilities and food are all amazing. But by far the most wonderful, genuine and funny people work here. The girls at the front desk were so helpful every single day and made everything about the experience so relaxing. If we ever get the chance to come back to Crete this is where I would book! I hope management knows how important their people are! Rate them 1000/10!!!!

Let’s start with the many positives of this experience: - location is excellent, a few steps from the beach and with bars and shops on your doorstep - rooms are very big and have a balcony, good air-conditioning and a safe - beds are long - shower pressure is excellent, the olive oil toiletries too - everything feels very clean and tidy - the pool area has many sun-beds - staff is polite and friendly and there is an app to request the time your room is made up - breakfast and dinner buffet offer good variety, were different every night and included meat fish vegetables and local specialities. Items are constantly replenished and overall I think meals are excellent value - overall, it’s a very good experience. The following would require improvement, small adjustments would allow to step up from good to excellent: - when you book a double, as a couple, you expect a double bed or at least not to have single sheets and single mattress toppers, that leave a gap between you and your partner during the night. We basically slept in separate twin beds for a week. The bed itself is ok but I didn’t enjoy the twin bed set-up or find it relaxing when on holiday with my partner! - bathroom towels are small and rather thin - the hotel’s beach has no sun-beds (but the nearby beach does at 7 euros a day) - no private parking…we had no issues street parking in October but I wonder how busy this may get in peak season - the coffee from the machine at breakfast could be better.

Excellent location - the hotel is on the beach front along a strip of hotels and restaurants, but most of the rooms are set back. This strip is about a 5 minute walk from the main strip walk so it is a really convenient location. You can rent sunbeds on the beach for €12 but there are other restaurants/hotels that offer beds for the same price. The hotel gives you beach/pool towels and you pay €2 is you want them changed during your stay. The room was spacious and quiet and we were given a room upgrade which was amazing as we were on our honeymoon. We had an outdoor spa and loungers on a spacious terrace. It was a very private space and we felt very secluded, with a lovely view of the beach. The breakfast was plentiful and warm each morning and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We made use of the spa which was okay but the services were offered in a pushy way, as was the feedback

Knowing that prefection does not really exist, this hotel has a great progres to it. whether it is brand new or reburished (not sure), either way it looks amazing. you can't possibly locate a hotel at a better spot than this one, being few steps away from it's own beach & at beginnig of promanade streching all through chersonisos. Though i got at least two hours ahead of check-in time, i still got my room ready for me in a matter of minutes. the staff is very welcoming, always with a smile ready to answer any kind of question and help to best they can. the room was very spacious like the rest of the hotel, beds were comfy, wifi & a/c are very good. pool area & beach are very beautiful and offer their service in a very fair prices. Overall, this hotel is exactly what i was looking for, and it has exceeded my expactations, so no doubt i wil be back.

Hotel was overall slightly underwhelming, particularly for a boutique hotel - it was not boutique. Pros: - good size room and large terrace which we loved - swimming pool decent size and easy to get sun loungers - we used the spa (has a massage and facial) and this was lovely Cons: - customer service lacking, when we arrived we were passed between three different people to check in also not shown to our room - we asked for a taxi to the airport for a journey home to be booked, when we arrived to checkout I asked that once our taxi arrive they let us know as we were going to sit round the corner, no one came to get us, instead we went outside and got in a taxi (no idea if it was the taxi the hotel had booked!?!) - information about the local area and things to do lacking in the room - the room had only one coffee cup for a two person room - even when the room was cleaned this was not noticed - waterfall shower head was broken and instead water came out just one side of the head - edging around bath was coming off really badly so we didn’t have a bath as it was not correctly sealed - towel rail I put a towel on and it immediately came out the wall unable to support the weight of a single towel - rooms lacking toiletries instead there’s just a soap dispenser in the shower... not boutique hotel standard - $8 charge for sun loungers on the beach! This was a lot more than other hotels many who had their sun loungers reserves for guests only free of charge

I liked that it was so near the sea. The food was very good and staff mostly very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel is relaxing. Good facilities. I found the pool a bit disappointing as the bridge over it meant I could not get a full length done without hitting my arm off it.

Pros: - good size room and large terrace which we loved - swimming pool decent size and easy to get sun loungers - we used the spa (has a massage and facial) and this was lovely Cons: - customer service lacking, when we arrived we were passed between three different people to check in also not shown to our room - we asked for a taxi to the airport for a journey home to be booked, when we arrived to checkout I asked that once our taxi arrive they let us know as we were going to sit round the corner, no one came to get us, instead we went outside and got in a taxi (no idea if it was the taxi the hotel had booked!?!) - information about the local area and things to do lacking in the room - the room had only one coffee cup for a two person room - even when the room was cleaned this was not noticed - waterfall shower head was broken and instead water came out just one side of the head - edging around bath was coming off really badly so we didn’t have a bath as it was not correctly sealed - towel rail I put a towel on and it immediately came out the wall unable to support the weight of a single towel - rooms lacking toiletries instead there’s just a soap dispenser in the shower... not boutique hotel standard - $8 charge for sun loungers on the beach! This was a lot more than other hotels many who had their sun loungers reserves for guests only free of charge

very clean and welcoming hotel, close to the beach and a short walk along the front to town. Very good breakfast and a buffet dinner available. Helpful and polite staff. Would definitely use again

I liked that it was so near the sea. The food was very good and staff mostly very friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable. The hotel is relaxing. Good facilities. I found the pool a bit disappointing as the bridge over it meant I could not get a full length done without hitting my arm off it.
