Lovely large hotel with all the amenities and services you’d expect from the Hyatt. Big rooms too. Great view from the terrace. Staff at reception were perhaps not super helpful in providing all information. In terms of location, it’s probably a tad bar to get into the main tourist area (20 mins - fine but not easy to go back and forth), plus on a main road / highway so not a pleasant walk.

Hotel was great--very easy access to everything you want to visit in athens. Meals were good, drinks fine, coffee nice! Rooms were tidy, the hotel was so quiet on a busy street--almost oddly quiet. Good place to stay

The hotel location is not as centralised to Athens central, eg Acropolis and need a bus to get there. The room service did not replace utensils (spoons) that were taken from our room and when we asked from the chamber maid, she asked us to contact room service directly. We were too lazy to do so and The water bottles were not replaced at the same time as the room service but instead at night. There were several times knocking to our room at 8pm or so and if no response, cause we were already asleep, the person will let herself in to place the bottles.

Room and hotel is generally very clean. Driveway staff were always very helpful. Bathroom was frustrating as water goes everywhere slide to insufficient glass panel and there was nowhere to hang robes and towels. Rooftop bar has great views.

I paid more for my room than my friend . Our rooms were basically the same . I didn’t have a crunch in my room only a chair. Then the hotel didn’t notify us about taking the bus to the airport verse as a car service . It was way too overpriced

Spacious room, nice spa facilities - 25m pool sauna and steam. Plenty sun loungers. Good location for access to city - 2km walk. Comfy bed. They also put a cake in my mother in laws room as it was her 80th birthday, with a personal message and wish - lovely touch.

It was actually very good the first 2 nights. We had to add a third night due to our cruise being Cancelled last minute. We changed our flight to a 6:00 am flight and went to bed at 8:00 pm. At 9:00 we had someone try to get in the room. We called the front desk, who called back a little later It was housekeeping; at 9:00 pm. Nobody came the two nights earlier, so why? The front desk was very rude when I questioned as to why without a real response. The manager wouldn't Come to the phone and wanted me to come down in person, and I only wanted to try to get some sleep., and of course couldn't.
