Pefka Hotel

Very thin walls. Not a very quiet hotel

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The hotel room smelled of something from the sewer. Also, some walls were not fully or well painted... and the bed matters in my room on the right side had a bump. The hotel is in a lovely location, but it is not well-kept or maintained overall.

Excellent location, great staff, tasty breakfast.

Chambre spacieuse, climatisation au top. Un pied à terre a 15minutes de l'aéroport avec petit déjeuner compris.

Adequate accommodation, has marble pretentions but nothing special, no dining-in but various restaurants nearby.

Good Value For money

This property is a traditional hotel which has been renovated and has 24 h front desk service. It's very well situated and all the facilities are adequate. There was no laundry available as was advertised which was really disappointing for our party of four who were there for four nights at the midpoint of our trip and had booked the hotel in part for this capability. The room was also not the one on the website but was much older in terms of furnishings etc. One of the "beds" provided was a roll out cot which was unsuitable for a teenager, after we discussed with the staff a bed was provided to replace the cot.

Very good Hotel and staff. Laundry facilities are not available inside rhe Hotel for the clients.

The room was ok, but many things were not working, including the entrance door and heater. The property was not so clean and very, very, very noisy.

The Pefka Hotel was the perfect final stop on our trip through Greece before our last international flight back home. The location near the airport was convienient. We arrived late and were still able to get a pizza delivered for the kids. Staff were VERY friendly and accomodating and called us cabs when we were ready to go. Breakfast buffet was included, one less this we had to worry about before a long day of flying! Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the option of 3 beds in a room allowed us to only need 2 rooms instead of 3. My only request: I would have liked to see the temperature in the room been a bit cooler. The AC did not seem to cool it off as much as we would have liked. But coming from the US many things were different in Greece than at home. Overall I would highly recommend the Pefka!

Excellent newly renovated room. Decent breakfast. Great quiet residential neighbourhood in a suburb of Thessaloníki but close to local square.

Location was nice

Great location, clean, comfy beds

Is an old hotel that needs to be renowated. Out and indoor impression shows the place as cheap and poor quality place. Breakfast was as poor as the hotel is. Coffe the cheapest that could find in the market. Greece is the country that has great fresh fruits, vegetables, nice sweets and so on. Lack of these basic products shows that policy of the hotel owners is just to fish customer, doesnt include the customer needs and they don't care about service. Big pitty. Rooms were acceptable and cleaned. Staff was polite and helpful.

On the positive side : it's a nice hotel, location is rather quiet even if there's some cars passing in the street, it was easy to find a parking spot on the street, staff was welcoming, room was nice and also had a balcony with a chill park in front of it so the balcony was only facing trees which was cool. Overaly a good stay for me. On the negative side, soundproofing could be better, especially for room door, even if I was unfortunate to find lound neighbors who were speaking loud at 00:00 and 7:00 and woke me up, soundproofing could be a bit better.... Also I didn't liked how breakfast was served, you're far away from the dishes and you have to ask someone to serve you... which felt weird, that has probably more to do with Covid rules, but still it's something I noticed. Lifts are a bit tired but it's still good to have them I guess.

We stayed here for one night cause we had a flight the following day. It was easy to park the car, the surroundings are a little forest, and the town center is a few mins walk. You can find a supermarket, cafes and restaurants there. Would stay again next time. Amazing value for the money!

Rooms looked nice in photos, but when we arrived, even the hotel was empty... no guests almost at all, we were given some room behind reception, that was partialy under level of street, room had comfortable beds, and brakfast was good, lady was very nice, but regarding receptionist I can't say he did much to give us the room that we paid for... it was disappointment when we have seen, and he told that all rooms big like that are occupied, even it was clear that there was almost no guests, neither light in all other rooms... we were staying only one night, so it was good, but if we had to stay longer I would immediately turn my back and walk away from that room that was given to us.
