Property is set up like a quaint little village, short walk to the beach, close bus stop for trips to Naousa. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the room! Loved the experience with the staff! Pool is great! Would definitely f recommend for an “off the beaten path” experience- they have everything you need and easy access to other areas of the island.

This property is about 13 min drive from Naousa city center! The beach area here is absolutely gorgeous! Santa Maria Beach is stunning! The staff is amazing and the place is well maintained! Property is beautiful! Great for walks along the beach ! There is a party pool with bar service and a quiet salt water pool for relaxing in the sun! Would highly recommend this beautiful place for a relaxing or fun filled trip!

The pool was the best part of the hotel for me. Instead of noisy and overcrowded beach it was just a nice spot to enjoy the sun. Nice breakfast, maybe not so nice restaurant in certain hours and small strange minimarket on site. Liked the place for sure, even it was far from everything

The rooms on the beach were super nice and private, but parking was a bit of an issue. Service was not the friendliest or one of the more welcoming ones we've had, but it made up with the rooms and how they were located right on the beach. Only thing is, the hotel, the restaurant, and the chairs on the beach were all separate, so you had to pay separately for those. The restaurant was good but the breakfast was not. Barely any options, everything was not tasty or stale, and the seating was covered in bees. However, the pool was super nice, there was a swim up bar, and the bartender was awesome. Would go again, I just wouldn't expect more than a 3 star service from them. The housekeeping is every other day.

Beach is really quite nice though if you want a chair, it is expensive per day. The rooms we reserved were not available when we arrived and though the staff was pleasant, it was disruptive. Breakfast was minimal. No fresh fruit though we were promised it. The main pool was not open though we were told it would be any day. Place is a bit run down. Staff super friendly.

The beach cabana was awesome, we had our own patio and walked right onto the beach. However, I was disappointed with their lack of transparency. Shortly after I booked I found a small note on Expedia that said some families might not be available, I e-mailed them to inquire and didn’t hear anything for 2 months. When I finally did they said “we expect everything to be open”. One week later when I arrived I was pretty disappointed to find out the pool, mini market and one of the restaurants was closed… but apparently they didn’t know that a week earlier when they emailed me? Overall the beach was great, the cabana was great although the bed was uncomfortable, and it was nice that there was a complimentary breakfast (coffee, yogurt and toast). I wish I had known earlier that the pool would be closed, it seems a little shady to advertise things when they are knowingly not available for certain times of the year. Also, I strongly recommend renting an ATV or something to get around as town is not within walking distance and the busses do not run very often.

Accommodation was great, staff friendly and helpful, the only problems were the loud African music by the pool, and the cost of sunloungers by sea €50 for first row, even though we were there at the end of September when they were closing. Restaurant food and staff were great and enjoyed our accommodation, reception staff lovely too

Absolutely loved staying here. Everyone was so kind and helpful and all the facilities were clean. The place is right on the Santa Maria beach which was so fun. AMAZING pool with a very nice pool bar. There are two restaurants on site- one of which was closed for half our stay because it's seasonal and we were there in late September. It is very far away from any towns/villages, so plan according. The hotel offered transfers to and from the port. We also asked the front desk staff about nearby rentals for vehicles if we wanted to go into town and they connected us with a local company where we rented an ATV for 2 days at a very reasonable price. Overall was a great spot and if you’re looking for somewhere to catch some rays and really relax- this is it.

The beach huts, of which they are only 7 are just a couple of meters away from the lovely Santa Maria beach and at night you could hear the soothing sound of the gentle waves crashing in....simply awesome! So get your bookings in early! Despite being visited by none resort residents during the day, these are small in number relative to the size of the beach, and nothing like the experience we had at a couple of popular beeches in Mykonos, where you struggle to see the sand itself! The swimming pool is by far the best of any, of the four hotels we stayed at on four different islands. Buses into the nearby port of Naoussa are frequent, if you dont have a car, and there is a lovely and popular restaurant called Ο ΚΑΤΣΟΥΝΑΣ a mile from the resort which is highly recommended.

It has 2 beautiful pools & the beach is 2 mins away, food was overall good too

I loved that it was on the beach! I didn't realize it was quite so far from restaurants but that was my lack of research and once I rented a quad was not as big a deal. I'm just a bit of a foodie and love being within walking distance of lots of options and not worrying about parking. But if you're looking for quiet, peaceful and solitary, this is it😊

The rooms were clean and comfortable, however when I visited in mid September the beach bar was closed and the hotel was very quiet, given the secluded location, it felt a little like a ghost town! There was access to local Naoussa by public transport, but this started late morning and ended by 6pm meaning I regularly had to get a €15 euro taxi.

Stayed in a bungalow. The accommodation provided free shuttle transfer from and to the airport. A plus was the free bus to Naoussa on a daily basis (19:00 departs and 22:00 returns) and the free sun-beds on the beach with the booking. A real value for money.

This accommodation was sad, old and shabby and definitely not worth the price paid The "breakfast" was abysmal - powdered orange drink, rationing of toast, evil-tasting coffee and we had to queue up like school kids to even get it. The serving personnel were rude and obviously tired of the many complaints being made to them on a daily basis. Lack of management and logistics appeared to be to blame. On the positive side, the pool was nice and the pool bar staff and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There was also a free bus transfer to the local town each evening, probably due to the isolated location. Beach nothing special. Would not recommend. Stay elsewhere.
