Clean well appointed room and great staff.

Only stayed for one night while waiting for a flight. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

This was the worst hotel stay of my life. I was placed in a down stairs room with the cafeteria and reception above my head. Every morning I woke every morning, with either the staff or other guests dragging chairs across the cement floor which echoed in a room and woke me up way earlier than I needed to be. Breakfast is included not worth the money?One of the items is canned beans. The staff was marginal and somewhat helpful. Although not empowered by the owner to resolve most common problems. The knob on my shower control broke off in my hands. It took the hotel 4 days to fix the problem, which meant I did not shower for 4 days after repeated complaints. The facility itself is outdated and needs to be remodeled. My room was infested with cockroaches, the size of my thumb. After showing a video and complaining, I was told that the hotel would take care of it. By the time if ever, they addressed the cockroach and the shower issue, I had already checked out. The location is great adjacent to the airport and a lovely beach called magazine. The beds were comfortable if you could get past the cockroaches. Shower pressure in the bathrooms was sufficient.If you could get past the rust stains on the wall. Customer service at this facility is less than expected.Once you have checked out, the hotel makes no effort to assist you in any manner.Whether it's a taxi baggage storage, nothing. I do not recommend this hotel. up two peope dragging chairs across

Room was good

The room was clean and accommodating. I reserved an ocean level room but was placed in a ground floor room. During the day the water was off and i could not take a shower. Otherwise quiet place.

The Pool area was very dirty and unkept......mildew on the poolside chairs etc.....

The property was generally okay—nothing fancy, but it served its purpose. A few minor improvements could enhance the experience. Workers can smile a bit more also pool furniture’s need to change and be cleaned,but overall it was a reasonable stay for the price.

We were only there for one night. The room was very clean and spacious. Very close to airport which is useful. No other amenities nearby which is minus. I didn’t like the car park. It was on a cliff edge with no barriers.

Location..Airport and beach close by. Condition of the property good..Someone should do a walk round to make sure the basic kitchen wear is there..can opener (2) wine glasses

It’s cozy and comfortable with an in-house restaurant. Infinity pool and close to beaches. It’s my 4th stay at the hotel. I recommend

Close to airport, convenient, spacious

Nice place to stay. Not to close to the beach or downtown, but close to the airport. Has a small restaurant/bar open daily until 7:00 pm. Nice and friendly people.

Significant upgrades needed to the rooms and breakfast was cold and insufficient.

Staff are nice food is incredible I love it can't wait to visit again
