Great location, close to many attractions and bars/restaurants and shops. Breakfast is included and worth it as food here is pricey.

The room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. There is an amazing place just down the road for breakfast. And for dinner there are lots of restaurants all around. Not a lot of variety of shops just there but within walking distance. A very comfy stay. There is no parking. Do not park in the underground car parks. It's a rip off. It cost around 90euro just for one day. There is street parking a few streets away. The signs say P1 and P2. With EasyPark app it costs about 10 euros a day.

I had a fantastic stay here and the most impressive part was the wonderful staff here who were all so friendly & helpful. The location is excellent for getting to sight seeing locations around the city centre. The breakfast was excellent with many varied options. The room was clean & very comfortable. I definately recommend this hotel and its also near shops and convenience stores. Well done & thanks! to all the hotel staff & I hope to be back in future.

I arrived at the hotel at approximately 9:00 am. I was allowed to check in right away. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone. The staff was pleasant and actively engaging when I saw someone. As far as location, it was within 2or 3 minutes from the bus stop, I came in on the FlyBus shuttle. From the front door of hotel, there were bars, restaurants, and shopping every direction to explore.

Decent hotel in a convenient location. I was surprised at the poor insulation - window and electrical outlets allowed significant flow of cold air through them.

The room was really nice and the staff were so friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast and highly recommend this hotel. Conveniently located in Reykjavík and close to the bus stops for transfers.

I stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't fault anything with this hotel. The location was fantastic. A short 3 minute walk to bus stop 1 at the city hall. I got a bus from the airport to there and caught two different buses for tours to the golden circle and the northern lights as well. As a solo traveller this was perfect as there was nothing to worry about. There was also a free shuttle bus there to Grandi area. There were numerous restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and bars in close proximity. You didn't really need to go very far after a long day out. The harbour, waterfront, shopping streets and main attractions were all at most 20 mins walk away in different directions (except Perlan which was 30-40 mins). The whole city was walkable. I didn't have to use any transport apart from going on tours. The service at the hotel was excellent. Friendly and professional staff. Always someone available with a smile. The cleaning staff were extremely polite. My room was super comfortable. The bed and pillow were perfect and I slept right through. I've seen others reviews highlighting noise being an issue. My room was on the third floor and located off a central quiet courtyard that didn't face onto the main road. It was super quiet. Yes, there were a few noisy guests who didn't know how to open and close doors quietly but I think that's expected in hotels as long as they are at appropriate hours, which they were. Room was fair. The window was single pain and the rubbish from local places was emptied at 6-30 - 7:00am so I was woke up every morning. Clean room, I think this was in the older part of the hotel, the website leads you to believe it's all refurbished.

Rooms were basic but clean . Enough room for one . Has old fashion radiators to control heat. Small fridge . Staff was great. For me - Jasmin was a great help for restaurants - making spa appts for sister hotels etc . Location is great for walking to restaurants / shops etc.
