Quiet clean property. The added breakfast option was a nice treat in the mornings before tours. Property very secure.

Remote staff was very helpful. Room was very clean. Parking was available on the street and behind property.

We had to pay for our own transportation. The room was clean, very limited amenities, the staff was not at the location so we needed to call for assistance when we could not open the door with the code. The limited breakfast was hanging on a hook outside of the door in the open. We were not aware we would receive anything so were surprised to find when we returned from a day away.

Room was perfect as long as you dont expect to sleep! The noise from the ventilation was so loud! I was emailing till 4am trying to get it fixed and i was so angry and frustrated i demanded a new hotel. They didn't fix the ventilation, all they did was offer me another room.... which is also connected to the noisy ventilation system. I asked for refund for my remaining days so i could pay for a new hotel but they refused. AWFUL AWFUL experience. Avoid at all costs!

Great location, and room is not fancy, but was exactly what I needed. The breakfast - rustic, but REALLY good... croissant, bun, jam, cheese, butter, fruit and a juice. Simple and so good!

We had a room on the 0 floor, which took us a minute to find the door to without guidance but we got there eventually! Parking is also very, very limited at this hotel. It is extremely close to a grocery store though so that was very convenient for our dinner/breakfast. Overall the stay was pleasant. The room was quiet overnight and the bed was pretty comfortable. We crashed hard here after our flight in!

This place was just okay. Get what you pay for with the cheaper room. Our code didnt work when we arrived so had to call in freezing cold and got a completely different one. Floor in room itself was gross if you wanted bare feet. Shower doesnt have proper drainage methods or even a lip to catch water so you essentially flood bathroom floor every shower. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra for a nicer room

Our sheets were FULL of body hair and there's no staff to complain about. There's no heating control in the room (IN ICELAND) so we were cold at night, the bathroom completely flood when we showered, the room lock only worked after at least 3 tries, and our room was right next to the parking lot on the ground floor so very noisy.

My room was right next to stairs and entrance so very noisy. Door codes were a bit temperamental especially with cold hands! The fridge in my room smelt very bad.

Everything was good, clean and the free parking was convenient.

The room was upgraded and very clean. The lobby was appealing. I also appreciated that they had luggage storage.

Stop being cheap, raise your rates a bit & put one or to people in that hotel. It’s so obvious you can careless about the idiots like me that spent there hard earned money with you. But never will I spend another penny with you, buy beware THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE

Clean, spacious room. Only downside was advertised on Expedia as having king sized bed but was actually a double bed.

Had a problem with my entry code when I arrived, but an email to the hotel was answered immediately and they reset the code and I had no problems afterwards. Other guests had problems also upon arriving, but I think their problems were addressed as soon as they contacted the hotel also. The lighting in the room is very poor, I could barely see what I was doing and had to see by the light of the tv. Couldn’t read my book in bed at all, and packing in the dark was difficult. In Winter months with short daylight and dark days, this issue should be addressed. The room was compact, but good enough for a six night stay and bed is very comfortable. The pick up stop for excursions is very conveniently located at a nearby hotel (4 minutes walk). I didn’t have a car, but it seemed that plenty of parking was available for those who had a car. I didn’t take the breakfast but the supermarket is very close by to purchase some snacks for the room. Walking into town wasn’t too far, or going down to the waterfront for viewing the northern lights was convenient. My stay at hotel Aska was good overall.
