River Apartments

Very nice place, very clean and convenient to grocery and bakery. The kitchen was a definite plus for a family as it gets pricey eating out every day! Beautiful scenery of the river was absolutely serene! Host was amazingly gracious and accommodating!

Wonderful host! Kristin was on site making sure our check in went very smooth and provided an excellent restaurant recommendation for dinner. Very conveniently located to, restaurants, groceries and gas. One of the cleanest homes I’ve stayed in. Full size washer and dryer in the unit was amazing for our family of five after traveling for a few days. Home overlooks a beautiful river. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Selfoss!

Kristin (the owner) is a very caring person, she personally come in to greet us when we arrive; she also knock the door to let us know to come out to see the northern lights; her hospitality really make us feel like we are special guests. the apartment is very clean, it is equipped with everything we need and kitchen has all needed to make reasonable dinner for family of 4. Location is also very convenience, short drive to supermarket. We were very happy with the stay. One of the best place we choose in Iceland.

We were so happy with our decision to stay at this apartment. The owner is amazing and so responsive. She also supplied many items and was very thoughtful in how everything is set up. If you are thinking about booking this place, you will not be disappointed.

The owner is just wonderful. The apartment is perfect for a couple or small family. We loved having a washer and dryer. Well stocked kitchen! Great location central to lots of wonderful places. Highly recommend. It was one of our favorite places to stay in Iceland.

Wonderful place. Clean, spacious, and decorated nice. All supplies available to cook dinner. Walkable to groceries and restaurants.

Apartment is lower level of owner's home. Private entrance, well stocked with everything we needed. Owner was very easy to deal with and even offered to knock on the door if the Northern Lights were out (which they were!). Would absolutely stay there again if I'm ever back in Selfoss.

Lovely studio apartment looking out on the River. Kristin was wonderful and accommodating. Nice having a kitchen to prepare breakfast and lunch since food in Iceland is pricey. Selfoss the perfect start to start our adventure!!

Very convenient location between Vik and Rekjavik

Very nice clean comfortable apartment facing the river. We enjoyed the location and the lovely space, kitchen, and comfortable beds.

Convenient & has all the amenities

Inside the property amenities cleanliness and condition are excellent! However parking is a struggle, outside noise can be an issue, and frequent smoking from others outside limited our ability to enjoy any fresh air. Really good stay but the neighborhood needs to catch up with the excellent internal comforts. Thanks
