Loved this property! Great area. Very safe. 3 mins to airport. Best dinner buffet I’ve ever had. Must visit. Perfect massage for 90 minutes very relaxing.

Need a lot of improvement in service, location is good, rooms are spacious. However, services be it at restaurant or housekeeping needs a lot of improvement for a Mumbai 5 star standard. The Oud smell in lobby was too loud, that reminds of what lemon tree does with citrus smell.

It was a great experience, they helped with wifi even after checkout- the coffee inventory was missing creamer which was disappointing in the morning! Overall I enjoyed everything especially the complimentary dessert

Convenient for business travel

This property is good. The rooms are inferior and housekeeping staff does a poor job. I had to call because the room was smelly and a dirty q-tip was in the room. Staff to so long to address issues that I had to go back to the front desk, where I found the female staff on her cell phone. Staff clearly need training. The buffet breakfast is excellent.

buffet at $25 is crazy esp cuz it’s not good and we know the labour is 0 and the ingredients are non import.. the place is average and just not enough front desk staff for the largest hotel in India with 0 space to do anything… you’d imagine a lobby lounge something anything to sit at.. no… so you end up at this scammy buffet

The rooms are luxurious, spacious, and pool-facing, providing a quiet retreat. Although there’s a small table for working, the amenities more than make up for it. The gym boasts Life Fitness equipment and a full-size pool, while the salon and spa offer relaxation and rejuvenation. The buffet spread is extensive and caters to every palate, making it an excellent property for a memorable stay.

What a mess! From the point of check in the hotel service was riddled with issues. Multiple credit card machine didn’t work when I got to the hotel so they offered that I could pay at the end if my stay including paying for room service at the end. However when I received my room service food the in room dining team insisted I pay on the spot and then suggested that I call down stairs to gain approval. When I called reception they didn’t know anything about the check in issues. Next the in room dining manager started calling me while I was eating and insisted that I should sort this out with reception. Why he couldn’t communicate with reception or a manager, I don’t know! Next when I tried to book a car the team dispatching the cars couldn’t answer basic questions such as ‘do I need to book the taxi or are they available’. Instead they pit the phone down on me. Finally there are random people trying to WhatsApp me from the hotel since I’ve left. Some big service issues that are not acceptable given the high price tag of the hotel.

Excellent staff and service. Was there for a layover so did not use much of the facilities. But wonderful rest for a 0400 flight. Friendly, courteous and very helpful staff for a tired traveler. Highly recommend this hotel. THANK YOU staff.

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Clean, well maintained, and great location close to the airport. The spa and gym are great too, which i wasnt expecting for a business hotel.
