Hotel staff were excellent and always keen to help with any questions. The room was in very good condition and had all the amenities. The dining options inside the hotel had many delicious vegetarian options. Hotel staff made sure my stay in Vrindavan was very comfortable. I am gonna stay there again in my next visit to Vrindavan. The room was in good condition and clean, bathroom was mostly clean as well. The beds were very springy and very uncomfortable, definitely not a 4 star experience. The staff were helpful and polite. We booked two rooms and were given rooms opposite each other, would’ve been better to have had the room next door as there were a couple of families in the room next door who were soo loud and proved that the rooms are not sound proof either. We called exception to try and get them to be more quiet and they tried but instead were told we were noisy. Having sound proof rooms would’ve prevented this. Okay stay but not the most comfortable. Staff were nice and friendly and the rooms were clean.
