Do not stay here!! There is a garbage dump right next to the hotel. The smell is unbearable! Hotel is extremely filthy. The room had a balcony door that was not able to close completely or lock. Nothing about the property is Luxury and is not worth the price.

Nice hotel near Deer Park and Hauz Khas. Clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast options are just ok.

Worst ever hotel I ever lived. No cleanliness at all. Looks good outside but not inside. They didn’t even have common sense to avoid loud noises (construction work) during night.

The property was a horrible experience. It also ended up with my shirt stolen from my room. First time in my 23 years of travelling. The photograps on the hotels.com site do not have any resemblence to the actual property. Rooms are dusty, dirty, bed & linen dirty , no connectivty for mobiles inside the room, work going on late into the night and loud noices. One lady in the adjacent room had part of her wall crashing into her room as the workers accidently drilled a big hole through it wrongly. She narrowly escaped.

it was short stay. Hotel is in good location but noisy. could hear people around my room. Staff were ok though during checkout they didn't seem to greet guests. Rooms b dedsheet were stained, towels didn't smell nice .

My reservation was cancelled by the hotel a day before the check in while I was in Amsterdam. The hotel manager then charged me double the amount that was shown on hotels.com to give me a really bad room. I was informed that it was hotels.com mistake so, I need to pay more money. Hotels.com refused to get me an alternate hotel as I had checked in the original hotel (What am I supposed to do when I land at 2 AM in the morning during winters?). Anyways, I would not recommend this hotel or hotels.com to anyone.

I prepaid for 5 nights at this hotel. When we arrived around 5 PM the front desk person, Manoj, seemed very busy and double-checked to see if we were supposed to be at this hotel. After a few minutes he informed us that we were but that we would be moved to a different branch of the hotel chain down the block. It would be an upgrade. He mentioned other names I was familiar with such as the JRD Exotica. We moved down the block to a different hotel as he mentioned. The new hotel only had a room for us for one night and wanted us to go back to the JRD Boutique after the one nigh. This front desk worker said they are not the same hotel chain. I threatened a refund and talked to Mr. Manoj on the phone. He said he would have us come back. We did and got in a room. It felt like the JRD Boutique might have been overbooked, that they do this regularly - working with a neighborhood hotel when overbooked, but they had a room for us when we came back. The room was ok. The water from the shower/tub leaked into the bathroom. We felt unwelcome. I checked out the next day with the front desk staff. It was difficult to contact Expedia to talk about the incident while I was in India. The phone number listed couldn't be reached via a landline in India. My cellphone had no service. There was no email address to contact customer service. I had to ask my sister in the US to make a call for me while we booked ourselves into a different hotel. I am still waiting for a refund.

Spacious rooms with good room service,made the stay pleasant. But the hotel is a bit far from main road..

Although it states free breakfast, there is no breakfast buffet...
