Stayed in May 2025. The hotel is very pricey. Not at all worth for ~INR4700/night for one king bedroom. Ambiance is not good, when we entered it was smelling bad. Cleanliness was good not great. Not maintained well. Dust from AC vent (not cleaned for years looks like). You will not feel to use water kettle or small refrigerator. Checkin was fast but not satisfactory e.g., they gave me room key and have to ask everything WiFi, password, breakfast details etc. They have good buffet breakfast. Service was good.

Had some confusion initially with booking as I used some third party website to book but after all this solution was provided instantly. Rooms were made ready and complimentary dinner was hosted by Hotel. This hotel really cares about customer and customer experience. I would be delighted to come again and stay at La Woods. Breakfast is super delicious. I recommend this place as it will make your vacation a memorable one.

I have stayed in this hotel in 2012,2015 and 2017..Was a gem at that point. This time in 2022, it has degraded a lot, possibly a post-covid situation, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at this point...The staff were irresponsible with a dont care attitude and cleanliness was terrible. I think it has been years since they have done some maintenance to the rooms/hotel and bathrooms. Anyone who wishes to get some infection can definitely stay in this hotel.

Overall, this was an excellent choice. The place is clean top to bottom, the service is excellent and the restaurant is great for breakfast and dinners. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The halls have interesting creative information about herbs and other healing things on the walls. Our only problem was with the WiFi being rather poor. My laptop would not connect at all. The staff IT person was in our room so often, we considered adopting him. He finally got it to work. Would we stay here again? Definitely!
