Dirty bathroom.. Not cleaned properly. No bathroom mat.. No security in the night and mediocore breakfast. Room window knob was broken and I couldn't close the window properly. Access card didn't work late in the night and I had t go back to the lobby manager who was sleeping behind the desk.

Had some difficulty getting the room on arrival as it was morning time even though they already had the information about the time of arrival. This was sorted out soon. I reached the hotel early morning and inspite of informing the day before i will reach early i was made to wait for 45 minutes. Next problem was with the WIFI which was not working but the IT staff was so fast and helped to browse the net with the LAN which saved my day. Generally the service is so poor, just to get a bottle of water i had to call 3-4 times and i got it after 45 min and so is the room cleaning which took like 2 calls to get them to the clean the room.

it was unpleasant as the kitchen or restaurant was on 4th floor and I was on 3rd a lot of table and chairs dragging movement and pots and pans dropping was annoying and disturbing even at night.

A good budget hotel for short stay. Service is prompt & food quality is above average, wish had a good minibar though. King bed is basically 2 single beds attached, which makes it slightly uncomfortable. Tap was not working so had to call maintenance guy. It was fixed promptly.
