I loved it. My experience was amazing. The only issue was that Taj charged me extra for using the minibar. I didn't know that using the mini bar was an additional charge and not included in the stay.

I have booked a special room for my father during his mumbai trip . but hotel staff change the room on the spot . i have book the city view room on the extra charges but they provided very low budget room which is very unethical . i am ver disappointed with their service.

an amazing experience
The only negatives are;-
music in the club lounge is terrible.
needs to be changed to either Indian or something more contemporary.
The same dog that barks incessantly every night from around 2am needs to be chased away.
