The hotel staff are all friendly, the rooms are comfortable, clean, and have a nice mountain view. The food is also approved, with a wide variety and you can choose from it. The swimming pool with a mountain view and of course the water is warm, great, plus there is a playground. Next time at Amarta Hills.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, last time I went to Amartha in 2019 and there are no significant changes, the rooms are still as comfortable and the cleanliness is maintained, the facilities are complete with mountain views, clean air and a variety of breakfast menus with many choices so you won't get bored during your 4-night stay here.

Swimming Pool & Gym open from 06.00am - 10.00am and 14.00 pm - 18.00 pm (weekday) 06.00am - 17.00 (weekend). Hotel unable to provide any pool towels for guests due to health protocol, and guest not allowed to use room towels. 2. Breakfast will be served in room, upon varies of menu selection. 3. Wearing a mask is mandatory for every guest who staying and visiting our hotel. 4. Every guest is required to regularly and cautiously wash hands / apply sanitizer. 5. Every guest is required to pass several health protocols. 6. Guest who can enter hotel area must have these criteria: a. Body temperature is under 37.3 C b. Not showing any symptoms like dry cough, chest pain / pressure, breathing difficulties, etc. 7. Every guest is required to provide complete and truthful information about health, personal identification, and travel history. 8. Guests need to fill in our registration form with actual data, including the number of guests, age, name, and other booking and staying detail. 9. Body temperature will be checked everyday, for all guest, when entering public places like restaurant or cafe. 10. Hotel will not provide any prayer equipments like: sajadah, mukena, etc. 11. Guests are required to obey all Health procedures and protocols. 12. Check-in was at 4 p.m., and the lobby was small, requiring other guests to take turns parking. It was raining, and we had to park a distance from the lobby. There was a lack of staff, with absolutely no effort to direct us to check-in. After checking in, we were told where to get our room. There was no initiative to show us. The room was dusty and dirty. You know, when you take off your sandals and step on the floor, you swear. And the roof was leaking. We complained, but they just wiped it down. We went out and went home clean. We woke up to a flooded room. It was so flooded that it wasn't conducive. I was too lazy to check out that morning. To this day, there's no accountability. Oh, and the parking lot isn't fully covered, so if it rains, you'll definitely get wet. This isn't a family-friendly hotel.

Upon arrival, the bed information was unclear and the reason was not entirely correct. There was no king size when I booked through Traveloka, so I requested a king size. The reason was that the king size room was limited. But I'm sorry, the room wasn't full, so I made up an excuse. The cleanliness of Nandi's room was not good. Upon arrival, there was tissue in the toilet hole. Luckily, I could flash it. The food was a bit salty and the peyek was soft. The fried banana and egg were delicious. Access to HBO and some TVs in some hotels is possible. Why can't this one work? Sorry, it's modern now. We have to pay for HBO even with minimal HBO. Overall, 6/10

Please improve the taste of the food, the service is good, the barista coffee is okay. Yesterday I planned to ride an ATV after breakfast but the operator didn't come until 10 o'clock. The jacuzzi in the room wasn't hot in the morning, but it was warm at night but I couldn't soak in it because it was foggy.

Just wanted to share: (+) 1. The location is excellent. 2. It met the notes I made for my room, but the other room didn't. 3. The breakfast was varied and delicious. 4. My room was difficult to open yesterday, but the hotel quickly resolved it. (-) 1. The female receptionist on duty on November 20, 2025, at 2:00 PM. Please implement the 3S. I paid, not for free. 2. There's a large open space/hole in the top of the closet that could cause my things to fall out if I put them there. 3. The bathroom, right next to the toilet, has a rectangular door with pipes inside. The door won't close and interferes with my shower. 4. The building I stayed in has a good view, but the building seems neglected. 5. The water heater is dirty, as if it's never been cleaned. 6. Some of the gym equipment is unusable. 7. I understand the hotel's location at a high altitude and the surrounding area is still pristine. However, please provide a solution to the problem of the large number of termites entering the room. This occurred throughout my overnight stay. 8. Regarding breakfast, I would like the staff on duty to be more prompt in replacing the food that has run out. Also, some of the staff are grumpy (they seem to be permanent employees), as I noticed the trainees (?) from UNESA and SMK students were very friendly. Conclusion: Please improve maintenance and implement the 3S. With this price and the extra bed being quite expensive compared to some hotels I've stayed at in Batu City, this isn't worth it. Thank you.

A comfortable hotel for healing with family. The location is far from the noise. Very comfortable and quiet. The deluxe rooms are quite spacious and have balconies that offer mountain views. The swimming pool is heated so kids don't have to worry about getting cold. There's also a playground and a gym. The food is delicious and varied. There's also a cafe upstairs with excellent views.
