Best Hotels in Bandungan, Semarang

The different from other 3 stars hotel, it's slightly bigger room/space. The breakfast was simple, not standard. The staff was helpful. The wall and floor of the bathroom was dirty, I hope they'll scrub it one day. If you bring a car the parking spot was kind of hidden before the terra cassa lobby area. Overall for 380k rate was good enough.

Banyak semut dan kutu, saya nginap 1 malam saja sudah muncul banyak gigitan serangga. Kamar mandi juga kurang bersih, banyak lumut.

This is my 1st experience because another hotel was full booked. Overall I just love the surrounding of the hotel. It is in the high place of mountain and also breezy. But, the hotel need to be improve. Service must be fast and Empathy to customer. The meal mut be changed because it was kind of boring. The internet was very bad, I cannot access any single of the username of it. Poor.

The hotel is located in the heart of bandungan, where we can easily go to tourist spots in bandungan, ungaran, and ambarawa. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and it was fine and ok. The breakfast was excellent. They served many kind of indonesian traditional and western foods, in particular local foods from central java. The room was ok. It was clean and regularly cleaned by the hotel staff. You can park your car near the room as they got parking area close to the room. Although everything was fine, it was strange enough when one of the staffs at recepsionist said that he will keep my identity card while we stay. He told me that this is the policy from the hotel as according to the indonesian regulation (civil registration law) you cannot hold other people identity especially id card due to id card is embedded with you as this shows your legal identity. Finally, we agreed that they can copy or scan my id card without holding the id. One thing led to another when they asked us to move to other rooms on the next day with unreasonable reason and we firmly said no. Overall it was ok to stay at this hotel and we recommend to the hotel management to upgrade its policy especially about holding id card as this is against the law.
