Ada room family, Kuala Lumpur sekedar buat stay transit OK lah. Dan gak bikin kantong jebol.

Unfriendly all staff. Inc staff at restaurant when we had breakfast. Valet parking staff Materialistic. The breakfast food was so awful. The only good thing from this place is very strategic that 's all.

Saran untuk perbaikan yaitu: 1. Makanan jam 9.30 sudah habis dan Indomie juga sudah habis info nya belum belanja (padahal moment peak season lebaran) 2. Kamar kotor, Kasur sprei kurang bersih, tidak bisa cash hp klo lampu utama mati dan stop kontak hanya 2 (samping TV dan tempat water heater) 3. Fasilitas kolam renang anak terlalu kecil. 4. Kalo malam suara musik club terdengar sampai ke kamar dan kebetulan sy di lantai 5.

AC tidak dingin dan tidak bisa diperbaiki krn penambahan freon harus lewat kamar lain, tidak bisa pindah kamar karena penuh. Kami minta tambahan kipas, tyt mist tidak berfungsi, kamar tidak ada ventilasi. Alhasil kamar pengap dan tidak bisa tidur. Toilet kurang terawat, handuk kuning, risih utk menggunakannya. Lainnya OK sesuai harga, tidak menuntut lebih.

The staff very friendly and helpful. There was only one thing that annoyed us, the crowds and traffic around the hotel made it take a lot of time for us to arrive at the hotel because the hotel 's location was close to the market. But overall, the experience of staying here was pleasant.

Offer all good for short term.

Lokasi strategis, di jalan Braga, cozy room, cocok utk staycation. Yang ingin menikmati pusat kota Bandung.
