Tidak ada kran untuk wudhu, jet washer di wc jg ga ada, seharusnya disediakan juga.

Semuanya lancar, hampir semua staff ramah banget, kecuali resepsionis, juteknya parah banget, bikin kesal!

The breakfast menu are varietif and delicious. 👌.

Quite plesant, just staying for 2 nights and nothing special exept there is plenty snacks in the room and its budget friendly.

I had a pleasant stay here. Staying for 4 days and everything was nice. Worth the price, good breakfast with typical local style breakfast, the taste of the food was nice. The room was nice, but minus is the housekeeping didn't change my bedsheet and bed cover event I requested for changing. But, the reception apologized about my complaint, and for the next day my bedsheet and bedcover changed with the new one. The hot shower did not work in one of my room booked, but it was okay because Palembang is very hot and dry. Overall, thank you Khalifah Hotel.

Good enough, It 's just that the employees are only 1 person, so sometimes it is difficult to find, especially when going to check in.

Overall is good, hope can be better
