first staycation here, I swear I will not be disappointed, from the beginning the staff is very friendly, the hotel environment is clean and comfortable. when I checked in I looked very tired, maybe after checking in I was told to take a drink that was already prepared :') as much respect as the visitors. The hotel room is clean, the facilities are okay, the bathroom is also clean, the AC works well. at that price at the Sby hotel, it's really cheap 1000/10 basically 🥰. next time if i go to sby i will staycation here. because it is close to any destination.

The first time I stayed at this hotel was so impressive, starting from the friendly security guard to helping me park my car and carry my luggage to the hotel lobby, the receptionist was also friendly, the room was clean and fragrant, the room was spacious with a fairly spacious bathroom and the cleanliness was maintained, it was very satisfying to stay here, next time we plan another staycation here, for the bathroom towels maybe they need to be replaced because they are a bit rough.

Clean, AC in every room, complete facilities with cutlery, all cooking utensils are available, new gallon jug, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, Netflix, YouTube are all fast, everything is great. Access to the children's pool, adult pool, and direct connection to the mall. Admin is fast response and very, very, very nice. Thank you, highly recommended 🫶

The number 1 short escape place when you want to be alone heheh. I like the theme, even when you're alone the room isn't scary. There's a mini space to sit outside the room. It's still very comfortable at night, not scary. It's also not far to the bus stop. There's a minimarket next door and across the street

I was quite satisfied with my stay at this hotel. Check-in and check-out were very fast, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room I booked was clean, although a bit small, but still worth it. The bed was soft and the air conditioning was cool, so I slept very well. The bathroom was also clean. The staff are very welcoming, those on duty at the Front Office, both those on morning and night shifts, the location is really good inside the mall, easy access to everywhere, good AC, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, the room size is really good... The price is very affordable, if there is a chance, I will definitely come back to Choice Hotel again...

My first stay at Neo Gubeng, my expectations were probably the same as a typical 3-star hotel. From the start, the friendly staff helped me with parking. Check-in was hassle-free. I was immediately admitted to my room, with the staff promptly providing an extra bed. Thankfully, I stayed in a family room with a 10-month-old baby, and it was safe. The breakfast menu was also quite good, although not very varied, but the taste was delicious and not bland. Hopefully, Neo Gubeng will maintain its quality service 🙏
