Hotels in Teluk Segara

Wifi signal vwry bad and could not connect. And the service is bad.

Things are okay for the price. Front desk staffs are friendly.

This hotel has good location but service is not good. First time check in we open room by self. The receptionist only gives the room key and shows the direction of the room location. We turn on our own AC contacts located outside us. There are no towels, we asked the staff, but they told us to ask the interns. Interns give towels taken from the clothesline. There are no toiletries, because we bought a hotel through OYO, it is not provided. Hot water doesn't work. The bed made krek krek. Oh. I just knew syariah service like that.

TV does not work, AC doesn’t work, WiFi doesn’t work.

Rooms and toilets are not clean.

Kamarnya: AC dingin, bed bersih dan wangi dari laundry, lemari rapi, meja kursi nyaman, lampu tidur berfungsi baik, sandal 2 pasang, air mineral dan kopi/teh/gula tersedia. Sayangnya. Teko pemanas sudah tidak tutupnya tetapi masih diletakkan di kamar. Sendok kopi/teh tidak tersedia. Untuk view, perumahan penduduk (Sesuai budget lah, karena value hotel dengan harga segini juga bukan di view pasti kan!) Bathroom: Air kencang, tidak bau, panas dan dingin tersedia. Handuk bersih, tapi masih lembab. Sabun, pasta gigi dan sikat, tersedia. Lantai agak licin. Staf ramah. Parkir tampaknya terbatas di depan (Gak tau juga dibelakang apa ada/tidak). Lumayan capek menuju kamar naik tangga manual (Apa gak ada lift ya!) Overall. Sedikit dibawah ekspektasi. Karena hotel ini baru banget diresmikan, ekspektasi saya jadi ketinggian dehh hahaa.
