I recently had the pleasure of staying at what I can confidently say is one of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced (compared to 5 stars hotel in Semarang). From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The check-in process was quick and seamless. The lobby area is warm. The room was immaculate—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every comfort you could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable (they use king koil), ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The dining experience was also exceptional, with delicious food, great variety, and attentive service. They served with an a la carte menu. The location is also perfect—conveniently situated close to key attractions, in front of Tawang Station, and dining/cafe options. Overall, my experience exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good stay in Semarang. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

I booked 2 Superior rooms for 1 night. Because there were many activities outside the hotel, so the room was only for resting at night until morning. Although only for a short time, I felt comfortable while resting. Located in the Undip Campus environment, the location of this hotel is very strategic. Although it is on the main road, it is not too noisy. The staff who served from arrival to departure were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay on another visit to Undip.

One word: "Excellent". The friendliness of the staff, from the frontliners, chefs, and other staff. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and fast. Very helpful and very responsive. A comfortable and clean hotel, highly recommended for family vacations. Close to the city center and public facilities (Kauman Mosque). Got a room with an epic view, directly facing the Kauman square, the night view is extraordinary. The food is varied and of course delicious with a wide variety of menu choices (local and international). The staff and chef are very kind, my food was even delivered to the table, without having to wait for the cooking process. The swimming pool is clean without the smell of chlorine, comfortable for children. To Mba Bulan, thank you so much, with a very impressive service and also Mba Putri who has delivered my child's doll to the parking lot because it was left in the lobby, you are extraordinary. On every business trip to Semarang, I almost always choose to stay at Azana because the overall experience is comfortable and satisfying. This time, I booked the hotel for my boss. The location is very strategic, especially if there are work needs in the Candi industrial area, as it is quite close and makes for easy mobility. The room feels spacious and comfortable, the central air conditioning also works very well, cooling just right and consistently. The room is generally quite clean and comfortable for resting after a long day of activities. Another plus point, there is a self-refilling drinking water dispenser in front of the room, so it's quite practical. The hot water in the bathroom also works well, and the amenities provided are quite complete for overnight needs. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take a picture of the room this time, but so far, my experience has been consistent and pleasant. Suitable for business trips or short stays in Semarang.

I always stay at Balemong hotel whenever I visit Semarang. What I really like about this place is the amazing staff; everyone is friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. My favorite room is Room 403. It has a beautiful view overlooking the mountains and rice fields, which makes the stay even more relaxing. Overall, this hotel consistently gives me a great experience, and I highly recommend it.

For a relatively affordable price, this place is very satisfying. Clean room, clean bed, clean bathroom, pretty good wifi, very beautiful view from the room, there is also a rooftop to see the scenery. The staff is also friendly, I arrived at the inn at 3 am and was served friendly. Next time I go to Ungaran again I will stay here.
