Simply wonderful. We booked two rooms for one night and everything was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely welcoming and kind. Breakfast was included, as well as airport transfer, which made everything even easier. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.

One word: "Excellent". The friendliness of the staff, from the frontliners, chefs, and other staff. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and fast. Very helpful and very responsive. A comfortable and clean hotel, highly recommended for family vacations. Close to the city center and public facilities (Kauman Mosque). Got a room with an epic view, directly facing the Kauman square, the night view is extraordinary. The food is varied and of course delicious with a wide variety of menu choices (local and international). The staff and chef are very kind, my food was even delivered to the table, without having to wait for the cooking process. The swimming pool is clean without the smell of chlorine, comfortable for children. To Mba Bulan, thank you so much, with a very impressive service and also Mba Putri who has delivered my child's doll to the parking lot because it was left in the lobby, you are extraordinary. Got a pleasant surprise... When I opened the room... How come the room is more spacious than the one I booked... Turns out I got a free room upgrade... Thank you. Breakfast is varied and delicious... Strategic location, just a 10-minute walk to the Old City... Perfect for those who want to enjoy the atmosphere of the Old City. If I go to Semarang again, it will be my first choice of hotel.

An older hotel that's well-maintained. That was my impression during my stay. The room was clean, with a smart TV, a coffee maker, and a full range of amenities, although some of the linens looked worn. That's fine, as long as it's clean and new.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. Very close to the Old Town, about a 500-700 meter walk to the center of the Old Town. 1 km from Semarang Tawang Station. Directly across from the town square is the town square, which offers a variety of culinary delights from small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and not far from Johar Market. The building is indeed old, but the facilities are excellent, from the service, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Other facilities, such as a children's playground, are also available in the corner near the reservation desk. The swimming pool is also very nice and clean, and the water pH is monitored daily. There is also a fitness center, which is very clean and quiet. The equipment is also well maintained. The room facilities are very satisfying. The deluxe room is quite spacious. Coincidentally, the room I stayed in already had a smart TV, but the room my parents stayed in didn't have one yet. The bathroom facilities in the room were excellent, clean, and every detail was very clean. The amenities were excellent. I was very happy because there was a sewing kit that was very useful in an emergency. Hopefully, the facilities will continue to be maintained and even get better. Definitely will be back soon to stay longer 😊

The staff was super helpful, and the hotel's shuttle to the station and airport was incredibly helpful. The breakfast and cafe were also delicious. I can't wait to explore Semarang again.

Try a staycation here from the beginning of check-in and check-out, it was very satisfying😍. All the staff were friendly, the service was great, and we got an early check-out time. The room was very spacious and I think it was really worth it for this price. The breakfast menu was very varied, everything was delicious. Thank you Metro Park View Hotel, overall, it was very impressive🤩
