In January, when I first went to Semarang, I really wanted to stay at this hotel, because it happened to be very close to the Old Town. Alhamdulillah, I managed to stay at this hotel yesterday. My first impression of this hotel was a very strong classic impression but it didn't look scary at all. I say this because there are those who are like that, hehehe. The very friendly service of the staff made me feel at home and want to stay again if given the opportunity to go to Semarang again. It really describes this as a 4-star hotel. The room is comfortable and quite spacious and complete for all amenities. And what I like most is the breakfast menu. Although it is available in a portion that is not too much, it is diligently refilled and most importantly, it is delicious. Everything is delicious, I like it. Delicious and complete. Want to stay in a classic hotel but still feel luxurious, try staying at this hotel. The location is also very strategic, guaranteed you will not be disappointed. Thank you Metro Park❤️

A hotel in the city center, in front of the town square. It's clean, and the staff are all very helpful. We received a complimentary birthday surprise, and the service was excellent. I'd recommend expanding the restaurant, as it was very busy during breakfast and there weren't enough chairs and tables, so we had to wait for a free space. Thank you 🙏😊

The plus side is the hotel's strategic location, the building is nice because it's newly renovated, the facilities are quite complete, the room is quite spacious & the breakfast menu is varied & delicious, especially the fried rice cooked outside is really delicious. The downside is the size of the double bed is a bit small, the bath towel was rough like a doormat & when I came to the toilet, although it looked clean but it smelled of t*i so I had to spray the area around it with a flush to get rid of the smell.

The check-in process was very easy, and the receptionist, Ms. Bulan, was very friendly and attentive. We were supposed to have a deluxe room, but due to availability, we were upgraded to a larger room. The location is strategic and close to everything, as it's right in the heart of the bustling city of Semarang. I'll be back again, bringing my family.
