For those of you who are prospective visitors to the Arnes Hotel, there is really no need to hesitate. I am not a staff or employee or part of them, I have to say that for a hotel this cheap, you can get more than the money you have to pay. The service, the room, the reception, the restaurant, everything! Get a deal immediately when you need a room, the location is close to Kartini Mall, just walking distance! The food in the restaurant is really delicious! The staff is very friendly, the bathroom is clean, the AC is really cold, the wifi is one set, the pillowcases and blankets smell good! That's all, basically it's really comfortable to sleep here.. 😍

Some of the staff are friendly, but the Wi-Fi quality needs improvement. Always get a room on the 5th floor, but the AC isn't cold enough and it smells of cigarettes. Close to malls, ATMs, restaurants, minimarkets, and pharmacies.

Booked a twin-bed room with breakfast. The floor wasn't swept, and there were traces of peanuts under the sofa. The lampshade was dusty. Next time, please pay more attention to housekeeping. The location is strategic, close to the mall and the busy area. Thank you.

But sorry, if I may have a little criticism from me: the bathroom is damp, the room is dark, and the smell of cigarettes is very strong in the room, the hot water kettle also looks dirty. Sorry the bathroom is a little smelly. The staff is friendly, but when we are eating, why are the restaurant staff a little less friendly? There are no slippers in the room. It is clear that we booked a room for 2 people but only one soap and toothbrush were given. The refrigerator also cannot be used, the AC is faulty. So please pay more attention to the facilities and friendliness of the restaurant staff.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was quite good. It's centrally located, has spacious rooms, and friendly staff. However, cleanliness could be improved, as the shower curtain has stains on the bottom.
