First time transitting in Mojokerto. I am halfway of my solo motorbike trip to Bali, checking in late in the afternoon. The welcoming staff at Aston were friendly and helpful. Followed by a nice cold shower prior to a bed that is clean and comfy. What more can a weary traveller ask: refreshing cups of coffee with a delicious breakfast in the next morning.

Friendly service from Mbak Leny at that time, comfortable waiting room. For the food and Aston room, it is undoubtedly very good, the restaurant service for a romantic dinner is also okay, even had time to change the decoration but was still served. 10/10 satisfying. There is no harm in staying 2 nights here, great service. The room is equipped with Google Assistant, smart TV that can be directly connected to our accounts. Took a room without breakfast because it coincided with my child's competition which started very early, it turned out that when I took my child to the pool around 6 am (which happened to be the same pool as the restaurant) breakfast was already ready. Sometime I can stay again, take a room and breakfast.

Parking location is not comfortable, the bedroom is nice, but unfortunately there is no cloth/curtain between the KM and the bed on the glass divider so it looks dim so it is not nice, especially if you stay with colleagues so it is uncomfortable, check in time is not flexible, it has to be at 14.00.. bigger and more starred hotels are flexible not so rigid

The cleanliness is okay, but the parking is still lacking, so it's a bit far to park the car if the hotel is busy. There are lots of delicious food variations and the prices are also affordable, but it's a shame that when you bring a 2nd grade elementary school child for breakfast, you're immediately asked to pay.

Based on previous reviews from other customers, the hotel's response was that they would try to prevent the vehicle from being exposed to the sun. However, when we stayed at Aston Mojokerto from September 7-9, 2025, the car was still beautifully exposed to the sun, even though Mojokerto is a very hot lowland area. Don't assume you're the only 4-star hotel in Mojokerto and feel arrogant. Regarding the room, the door didn't close properly, allowing us to see outside through the gaps in the door. Remember, the room is private. We ask that Aston Mojokerto management immediately address these issues. I haven't learned my lesson yet, but if there aren't any updates, I will.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in. The security team was very helpful when parking and unloading luggage. The hotel was comfortable, with clean bathrooms and bedrooms, complete with a hairdryer. The soundproofing is lacking, and noise from other rooms can still be heard. Overall, I highly recommend this stay.
