Staying overnight to see a concert is totally worth it! The staff, from the security guard who accompanied us for a chat to the other staff, also provided detailed explanations. If you run out of soap, call the staff immediately, and they'll come within 5 minutes. Come on, give it a try.

There's a minibar in my room. I used it to store medication that needed to be kept cool. It turned out the minibar wasn't cold. Only the light was on, but it wasn't working. As a result, the medication was ruined. I lost hundreds of thousands of rupiah because the medication had to be thrown away.

There is a welcome drink, the staff is friendly, you can refill drinking water as much as you like, you can get a room on the 12th floor with a very good view from above, the hot water is perfectly lit, there is quite a variety of food.

Everything is good, this is my 5th time here for a staycation, the service is always friendly, the facilities are also good, especially the city view, next time if there is another project, I will come here again.

Parking is convenient, and the location is also good.
The room is neat and clean.
The AC is cold.
The bathroom is clean, but the soap and shampoo dispensers are hard to press.
Overall, it's okay.
