The hotel is a minimalist 3-star hotel, but the security feels like a 5-star hotel, hehe. The rooms are quite okay. Overall, it's okay for that budget.

It's very convenient for business trips or staycations. All the staff are friendly, and the location is strategically close to the city center. The rooms are clean and tidy, the toilets are also clean, and there's a city view. ✨️

It was a real pleasure staying at Hotel Batiqa. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The strategic location and easy access to the city center were excellent. The peaceful atmosphere around the hotel made for a great stay and a relaxing time.

Strategically located and cheap hotel.

It was totally worth it. The staff were very nice, the security guard was also very nice, and the service was excellent. I'll stay here again if I have another trip to Surabaya.

The hotel was quite comfortable, clean, and the staff was very friendly. However, I happened to have a bathroom with a poor drainage system, resulting in a slight pool of water. Furthermore, during breakfast, there were very few indoor tables, and if the indoor tables were full, we had to use the outdoor area. However, after 7 a.m. in the morning, the area was already very hot, making it uncomfortable to eat in.
