Overall everything is good for the facilities in the room and around the hotel. Especially if you get a room that has just been renovated. The view from the balcony is also very nice, especially at night with the addition of the sound of the river and crickets, it seems like it can be used for meditation 😄 The staff are also friendly and very helpful when we ask about what facilities can be accessed at the hotel, explained in detail. The breakfast is also delicious, the menu is varied and quite complete.

The hotel actually has a lot of potential to be much better.
The location is okay.
The view is nice.
The ambiance is calm and beautiful.
It's just not very clean.
There's still a lot of gecko droppings on the walls, floor, and even the door.
The room also smells really bad of cigarettes.
Even though I'd already noted it was a non-smoking room because I was bringing a baby.
My poor child smelled of cigarettes. The sheets, pillows, blankets, and even the towels smelled really bad.

Friendly staff. Hot water is okay. Amenities are only toothbrush & toothpaste, sanitary bag. The room is quite clean. Early check-in is not possible. If you want to upgrade the room, you have to check out & your belongings must be removed from the room, you cannot immediately enter the new room.

Thank God, all the facilities are great at Bess Resort.
This was my first time staying in the Twin Building.
The view from the room was really beautiful.
The swimming pool is spacious and fun for the kids.
The restaurant is spacious, the natural scenery is beautiful, and the food is recommended. Overall, this is a great resort for a family stay.

Wow, it was amazing staying here, the place is not far from Surabaya. For the pocket-friendly price, it's a good place to stay, even though I didn't include breakfast, my kids were also very happy, because there are many play areas (swimming, playing slides, you can rent mini offroad cars and electric bikes) it's suitable for those with small children to stay here, hopefully we can stay here again another time, thank you

Friendly service, smooth CICO, ample parking even though it's outdoors, the room was quite clean, and the view and air were very good.
We didn't try the hotel food.
However, the downsides were the mattress and pillows weren't optimal, being too soft, the towels a bit dull, the room wasn't soundproof, and the bathroom lighting was a bit dark.

The hotel actually has a lot of potential to be much better.
The location is okay.
The view is nice.
The ambiance is calm and beautiful.
It's just not very clean.
There's still a lot of gecko droppings on the walls, floor, and even the door.
The room also smells really bad of cigarettes.
Even though I'd already noted it was a non-smoking room because I was bringing a baby.
My poor child smelled of cigarettes. The sheets, pillows, blankets, and even the towels smelled really bad.

Friendly staff. Hot water is okay. Amenities are only toothbrush & toothpaste, sanitary bag. The room is quite clean. Early check-in is not possible. If you want to upgrade the room, you have to check out & your belongings must be removed from the room, you cannot immediately enter the new room.

Thank God, all the facilities are great at Bess Resort.
This was my first time staying in the Twin Building.
The view from the room was really beautiful.
The swimming pool is spacious and fun for the kids.
The restaurant is spacious, the natural scenery is beautiful, and the food is recommended. Overall, this is a great resort for a family stay.

Wow, it was amazing staying here, the place is not far from Surabaya. Friendly service, smooth CICO, ample parking even though it's outdoors, the room was quite clean, and the view and air were very good.
We didn't try the hotel food.
However, the downsides were the mattress and pillows weren't optimal, being too soft, the towels a bit dull, the room wasn't soundproof, and the bathroom lighting was a bit dark.
