My family and I stayed for two nights. The location was great. The rooms were clean and well-lit, and the service was friendly. Overall, the place was clean and pleasant. If I have the chance to visit Bandung again, I'll stay here.

The hotel is comfortable and strategically located between Bandung and Lembang. However, the rooms are not soundproof from the outside. Breakfast could be improved in terms of quality, menu selection, and service.

As for the service, the staff are all friendly, the room is clean, and the facilities are adequate. The only downside is that the room is a bit less soundproof, so loud motor vehicle noise can be clearly heard in the room. Overall, everything is okay. Success for Best Western Setiabudhi.

So one of the choices to stay in Setiabudi Bandung. Strategically located on the side of the road, very close to Rumah Mode. The hotel is clean, there is a mini gym, the food variants in the restaurant are also quite a lot and delicious. However, the facilities are not that complete. Maybe in the future they can add a swimming pool and kids playground. The only thing lacking is that the room is a bit small.. but overall everything is okay.. next time we will stay there again :)

Dapet rate lumayan tinggi di weekend, dan kecele begitu liat aplikasi sebelah harganya selisih 100k. Tapi it's ok, mudah2an kedepan Traveloka bisa lebih kompetitif lagi rate-nya.
Tapi yang mengecewakan, untuk hotel bintang 3 hotel yang baru re-opening di awal Mei 2025 dengan rate segitu masih jauh dari ekspektasi yang dibayangkan.
Type deluxe yang diambil ternyata kamarnya sangat sempit. Mau naro koper aja jadi bingung karena gak ada tempat. Lantai kamar juga masih kotor, terlihat saat di lap tissue.
Kamar mandi juga sempit, apalagi ruangan kloset, betul2 gak ada ruang buat gerak.
Kamar sama sekali gak kedap, padahal di lantai 5 tapi suara kendaraan yang melintas sangat jelas terdengar. Istirahat sangat2 terganggu.
Saat breakfast, hampir semua menu kondisinya dingin. Padahal menggunakan chafing dish tapi gak difungsikan. Rasanya juga relatif biasa saja.
Nilai plus dari hotel ini hanya staff yang ramah.
