Awesome hotel, thank you for the male front desk agent (checked in on 13 April from around 4 to 5 pm). Our room got upgraded by him. Also, I asked for an LRT view, and he gave us the best view ever. My son was so happy and couldn't stop looking at the windows. Housekeeping was helpful and friendly. All the staff we met and talked about from the FDA, LP, room service, housekeeping, and pool staff were helpful and friendly. Near to city center and LRT station. Looking forward to our next stay. Hopefully we can get the same room again.

It's always a pleasure staying at Beston with my family.
Thank God, this time we were upgraded to a room with one double bed and one free single bed, so our family had more space and comfort to sleep.
The breakfast was also excellent, delicious, and child-friendly.

The breakfast menu is delicious, and it would be better if we added some boiled rice for those on a calorie deficit.
The receptionist was friendly, and the other staff were also friendly.

This hotel is very strategic. In front of the LRT station. It is very easy if you want to go to Palembang Icon, Ampera Bridge or the Airport. Around the hotel there are many delicious foods, ranging from premium foods (pempek IP) to street food that is no less delicious. Spacious parking lot. Large and not too deep swimming pool (don't forget to bring a swimsuit). Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Beston.. I'll be back if I go to Palembang again ✨

Everything is good, the attitude of the cleaning service staff needs to be improved, I just wanted to relax in peace, but they were laughing and looking at each other, as if I were a paid woman, I felt uncomfortable. Even though I smiled at them, they responded with the same words.

The hotel's location is in the center of the city, but if we want to eat in the middle of the night, we have to go far out of the hotel, because the room service is not on standby 24 hours, otherwise it's okay.
