Security was friendly. The first time I arrived, they immediately waited in the elevator, even though I was picking up items for about 20 seconds. The AC wasn't cold enough, so hopefully they'll fix it. But otherwise, everything was fine, and it's in the city center, so it's close to everywhere. The staff is friendly.

The hotel staff were very friendly and very empathetic, offering to deliver the medicine from the reception to my room at 2 am because the medicine had just been sent from the hospital, without me asking.

The hotel is comfortable and strategically located in the heart of Palembang. It's close to everything, and the receptionist is friendly. Big thanks to Mas Rilo for upgrading. The satay is also highly recommended, delicious. If I come here again, I'll definitely order the satay.
