The location is quite strategic, and the hotel environment is excellent. It's cool, comfortable, clean, and beautiful. The staff is very friendly, and check-in was fast. The rooms are very spacious, truly executive luxury, and you're guaranteed not to be disappointed with your stay at this hotel.

The reception staff is very friendly.. the room service is good.. the price is affordable. There is a hot water bathtub, you can soak as much as you like.. There is a very cold AC.. TV and a soft sofa bed.. There are two power outlets.. And the breakfast menu is complete and delicious.. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay another 2 nights.. It is close to Ancol and you can also take the free shuttle bus all day long

I was hesitant at first, but it was just a good alternative if there was a concert at JIS or other Ancol areas. I just had to prepare my toiletries, as the hotel only provided towels. So far, so good ❣️

It's understandable that it's an old hotel, but the room amenities should be upgraded, especially the beds. They tend to be stiff and not soft, making for uncomfortable sleep. The air conditioning in the rooms is noisy. The food isn't varied; it's not a buffet, just two dishes. But it's pretty decent, almost 200,000 Rupiah for breakfast. It's quite pricey for us, the average person, but the food is delicious.

The breakfast was delicious, although the menu was the same for both days. Unlike other hotels where there's plenty of soap, the bathrooms were only in sachets. The rooms are spacious and close to Ancol. The staff are friendly.

The hotel's staff, Wawan, is friendly and kind. The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, and pleasant. The parking is secure, and the parking attendant, Mas Danang, is kind and cooperative. And most importantly, the hotel's prices are standard and affordable. Highly recommended.

This was my umpteenth stay at this hotel. I happened to be bringing a group of 38 people. Overall, our guests were satisfied with the hotel's service and facilities. There's been an improvement since December, with breakfast being delivered to your room.

We've stayed here several times. Overall, we're satisfied: the price is competitive, the access is easy, the rooms are very spacious, the environment is cool, clean, and beautiful. The staff are friendly, and the service is fast and on time. There are also food stalls nearby if you want to eat out. This time, we brought a group of 32 people, albeit in different room types.
