This homestay is good for backpackers and families to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable apart from that, the owner is also kind and friendly. Too bad, there is only 1 bathroom and it is outside/shared bathroom.

Price 150 ok. Clean. The only thing lacking is the bathroom outside. If the standard type is on the 2nd floor. So we have to go downstairs if we want to go to the bathroom.

The room is quite comfortable. The living room is nice, there's a TV and WiFi, only a bathroom. The water smells of septitank. So during your stay there. Never showered.

The service is less than satisfying. The owner has difficulty picking up the phone. GPS point is not accurate. hard to find this homestay. AC is of no use. It's better to keep the TV, it's really steep the wooden stairs. Toilet on the floor. 1. mending 2nd floor does not need to be rented out.

The manager is friendly, the rooms are clean, air conditioned, there is hot water, a TV is available in the living room, parking is available for 5 cars. For a high hill city, including inexpensive lodging.
