Check-in and check-out were smooth. Parking is limited, but there's an attendant to manage it. All the staff were friendly, and the receptionist explained the hotel's facilities in detail. The room was quite spacious and clean, with the only downside being the lack of a minibar (small refrigerator), but the amenities were complete. The pool is nice, with a kids' pool located below the building, so it's safe and doesn't get too hot. The food was also delicious. The gym is quite well-equipped. Breakfast was quite varied, but the downside was the lack of sausages on the second day, which would have been better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Overall, it's good, and the price is reasonable. However, I arrived at 2:00 PM to check in for two rooms for three days. It took a long time for the rooms to be ready. I hope the breakfast menu can be more varied or improved. I will return to this hotel if I ever return to Bali.

The hotel is all great, but access for pedestrians like me is a bit far, haha. It's hard to get anywhere without a vehicle, it's far. Then, at the restaurant downstairs, I ordered a sirloin steak first, then switched to tenderloin, and what came was beef rendang. It was tough to eat, I couldn't eat it, it was a strange restaurant.

Our 2nd time staying here! The first one was in 2024, and it was all good! Then now, I feel satisfied with all the services in this hotel. The room is comfortable, the hospitality staff is the best, fast to help, friendly, really not disappointing. The distance to everywhere is very good, the swimming pool is also nice, it's a shame that the regular deluxe room doesn't have a refrigerator. Really like the concierge who is a bit big, I forgot his name, he is very nice. Very helpful when loading a lot of things because I stayed 9 nights with 2 toddlers. Overall, this hotel is very good.
