The room is clean. The warm water is good. Cold air conditioner. Friendly staff. The breakfast menu is the same every day: toast, fried rice / fried rice noodles, rice cake, seral, tea and coffee plus cut fruit. The location is a bit far from everywhere except the pier to take a boat to Mentawai.

Very not recommended, please I do not take your small towel. Before you prepare the room, check again, there is only 1 small towel. Don't think I took it. I don't accept it. Please eat my 50 thousand cash money that was deducted.

The room was dirty, there were stains on the pillows and mattress, and they were told to pay 200k for property damage, because someone didn't take the photo, they ended up paying 150k. It's not a money problem, but a burden problem to other parties. The fine feels like a 5-star hotel. If you want to stay overnight, please take photos of all sides of the room, so we don't get affected. Prioritizing revenue rather than customer satisfaction.

Fast check in process, good location, room is quite clean. Got a room with a balcony, but the door couldn't be opened. The air conditioner is noisy in the middle of the night. TV broadcasts are not clear.
