Hopefully it will be better in the future.

It is understood that the hotel is in the middle of migration, but please take note of the cleanliness, especially in the toilet and room area. Mouldy toilet walls and glasses make people not feel comfortable staying there. Plus, perhaps the management could light up the hotel a bit. It feels gloomy at night, making it feel scary.

Every time I go to Jakarta, I always stay here.

My first experience in a hotel with terrible room cleanliness. I couldn't sleep all night because the bed was full of bed bugs, oh my God, my body was covered in bumps and itching. And the bugs kept coming out and sucking blood. Not to mention the many small cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust was dead, and the lights were very dim. The staff was kind enough to replace the lights with brighter ones. There was no drinking water, soap, toothbrush, or even a bath mat, which I had to ask for first. 🥲

For a nice, good, clean hotel, the AC is cold, the only downside is that there are no towels and mats in front of the bathroom, they are not given from the start of check-in until the evening, they are not waited for, they are not delivered either, hopefully next time it will not be like that.

The ceiling in the room was moldy, the pillowcases hadn't been changed, there were lipstick marks, and the AC wasn't working. 🥲

Conditions did not match those listed in the application. No towels were provided (the reason was laundry), no toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, etc.), no mineral water, the bathroom was stuffy and smelly, the exhaust fan was also not working, many properties were damaged, the night light did not work, and the lighting was also inadequate. It seems the hotel is not well maintained. When it was time to check out, the receptionist was not on standby until I was called several times. For your information, check in to room 503.

The name has changed but the condition is still the same... Hopefully it can be improved even more, especially the cleanliness of the bathroom and the noise level.

A very disappointing stay. The room was extremely dim, with only two lights working (one downlight and one toilet light). The ceiling was moldy, and the toilet and shower area were also moldy and covered with mildew. The room had a strong damp/musty smell, and there were cockroaches, showing very poor cleanliness standards. The bed sheets and pillowcases were worn out, old, and should have been replaced long ago. They are no longer suitable for use by guests. The TV was not functioning at all. No drinking water was provided, not even basic mineral water. The shower had no water heater, which made the stay very uncomfortable. I checked in at 2:00 PM, but towels were only provided at 8:00 PM, with the excuse that they had run out of towels — completely unacceptable. No prayer mat was provided, despite this being a basic consideration for Muslim guests. Most importantly, the photos shared on Google do not reflect the actual condition of the room at all. The real situation is completely different and misleading. Overall, this was a very poor experience and not worth the money paid. Highly not recommended.

Actually, for a hotel in the center of Jakarta, it's quite worth it, but it's only suitable for transit because this room has cockroaches, not to mention the mattress is a bit itchy, some of the springs are coming out, the TV is just for display, but it's still okay.

It was fun, but the hotel facilities were lacking.. because the TV didn't work and the bathroom amenities were inadequate..

Please to the hotel owner/manager, many rooms need to be repaired, leaks, broken TVs, broken AC, slippery floors, etc.. please renovate, the place is already very strategic. just need to renovate, it doesn't matter if the rates go up a bit, the important thing is that the facilities are good. what a shame.

Close to the city center, clean rooms, friendly service

Cons: The bathroom was slippery, mossy, and poorly cleaned. There was no AC remote, no TV remote, and the Wi-Fi worked in the lobby but not in the room. Pros: The elevator was okay, and the location was okay.

The bathroom smells bad, the aroma feels damp and the aroma is unpleasant, please maintain the cleanliness of the hotel area and the fragrance of the bedroom and bathroom so that the aroma is more fragrant and fresh.
