The AC isn't cold and toilet was dirty especially the door. Booked room for 2 person but only give 1 set toothbrush, paste and soap. The bed sheets looks very old.

The location is strategic. Lots of places to eat without having to leave far from the hotel. But for hotel rooms, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the bed and bathroom. So it's not comfortable to sleep.

Lokasi bagus tapi untuk pelayanan hotel sangat buruk mulai dari tidak ada toleransi waktu padahal kita check in kena tunggu sampai pukul 3 siang tidak ada pemberitahuan kalau kamar udah di booking saat mau lanjut, dan mempersulit saat mau booking di hari selanjutnya melalui aplikasi sampai harus ke situs resminya baru dapat kamar yang sama dengan alasan sudah di booking ternyata tidak sangat mengecewakan.

The bathroom is dirty, the bathroom in my house is cleaner, and the stairs to the third floor are dirty as if they weren't mopped, and don't smell good, look like they haven't been washed.
