I ordered for my child. Early check-in at 10 AM, check-out at 5 PM. I didn't sleep, just put my things down, then my child went to Friday prayers, then came back to take a shower. When I wanted to check out, I was asked to pay 150 RB. I didn't want to pay and wanted to talk to the MOD, but the staff didn't allow it.

Everything was great: comfortable place, new building, friendly staff... The only downside is the location is a bit tucked away in an alley, and the Wi-Fi only lasts 1-2 bars in the room. It seems like even if you're using a Tenda AC1200 router, if the router isn't positioned specifically, the coverage will still be uneven in each room.

Dear Linda Arum, thank you for your review. Regarding the AC not cooling, our question is why when you found out, you didn't immediately contact the front office so we could help with the settings from the AC remote or move you to another room. After you checked out, our check showed that the AC temperature setting from the remote was not at the coldest position, but it still functioned well to cool the room. Furthermore, regarding the impolite housekeeping, it would be better to include the name/time of the incident and what the employee did that you considered impolite... so that we can be more targeted in taking action against the employee. Based on CCTV monitoring, at 12:11-12:11:40 (40 seconds) when you checked out, there was a housekeeper who was accompanying the front office staff because there was a large spot on the bed sheet and a deposit of Rp 100,000 had to be held first until we knew the results of the laundry. We are not sure whether the housekeeper you are referring to or there was another housekeeper. We need to convey that we immediately held a coordination meeting to discuss this issue to provide comfort for our guests at our hotel in the future.

if the location is close to Jombor terminal, but with that price it is not comparable to the small room size, even for praying it is difficult. then when I came to leave my luggage before checking in, the service was not friendly, maybe because I came with an unconvincing appearance

We offer several types of rooms with varying room sizes to suit each guest's needs. You made a reservation with the most economical room with a room size that is not too large. Prayers can be performed in the clean emergency room on the 2nd floor if it is not being used for other events by contacting the front office in advance. We apologize if any of the staff were not "friendly," the standard at our hotel is friendly staff who are natural, not artificial and without discriminating guests based on their appearance. Very clean. That's enough to describe this hotel, packed with a smart hotel system concept. The location doesn't matter to me because wherever it is, the important thing is that it's clean. But if the menu doesn't suit you, usually guests order via Gofood/Grabfood and the service is quite fast because along Jalan Palagan and Jalan Magelang which are not far from the hotel, there are lots of restaurants. From the notes at the Front Office on September 19, 2024, you checked in three adults (1 man and 2 women) by only booking 1 queen size bed room. Then our staff asked you to reserve 1 more room, because the room you booked was valid for 2 guests. On September 20, 2024 at 23.00 you wanted to check in again in the same room, but was not allowed by the Front Office because you did not pay in full in advance and it was filled with 3 adults. We apologize that our staff has been working by implementing SOP and we cannot fulfill all guest requests. Always stay healthy ....
