Dear Linda Arum, thank you for your review. Regarding the AC not cooling, our question is why when you found out, you didn't immediately contact the front office so we could help with the settings from the AC remote or move you to another room. After you checked out, our check showed that the AC temperature setting from the remote was not at the coldest position, but it still functioned well to cool the room. Furthermore, regarding the impolite housekeeping, it would be better to include the name/time of the incident and what the employee did that you considered impolite... so that we can be more targeted in taking action against the employee. Based on CCTV monitoring, at 12:11-12:11:40 (40 seconds) when you checked out, there was a housekeeper who was accompanying the front office staff because there was a large spot on the bed sheet and a deposit of Rp 100,000 had to be held first until we knew the results of the laundry. We are not sure whether the housekeeper you are referring to or there was another housekeeper. We need to convey that we immediately held a coordination meeting to discuss this issue to provide comfort for our guests at our hotel in the future.

Dear Mr. s*t, thank you for staying with us and providing us with valuable information. Our data indicates that you stayed during the high season, when hotel prices in Jogja are high. We offer several types of rooms with varying room sizes to suit each guest's needs. You made a reservation with the most economical room with a room size that is not too large. Prayers can be performed in the clean emergency room on the 2nd floor if it is not being used for other events by contacting the front office in advance. We apologize if any of the staff were not "friendly," the standard at our hotel is friendly staff who are natural, not artificial and without discriminating guests based on their appearance. We will re-evaluate soon.
