Courtyard by Marriott is my 'go to' hotel whenever I visit Bandung. I love its strategic location, and it's near Kartika Sari, Justus, and other great dining areas. The hotel is also very nice, clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious, and it has one of my favorite Warmindo stalls!! I love it!! 😍

Thank you to all friendly staff that made my stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Ms. Febrina at the front office, the check-in process was fast and efficient. Thank you for the restaurant team, Mr. Rudy & Mr. Mulus, I got the chance to eat the delicious siomay & salmon wrap in mozzarella cheese. The room was flawless with the smell of fresh linen & towel. I'll be back for sure if I'm going to Bandung again. Keep up the good work!❤️

First, I'm glad to be back here. Secondly, I would like to mention Pak Adhi the Chef and Pak Ben waiter in the lounge. Both of them deserve admiration for the best service to me and my family. Pak Adhi provided delicious Salmon Sakura for breakfast and fresh Green Mountain, while Pak Ben provided me with strong ginger while I was in the lounge, best for my sore throat. Thank you.

I asked for towels to be sent, but they were all empty, and they said the laundry hadn't arrived yet. How could this be possible in a 4-star hotel? I waited until 4:30 to be given a pool towel, even though the towel was already in the room when I arrived that night. Comfy as always! Both in-room dining and breakfast were so good. Just had some issues, the shower cable leaks a bit but the rest is good. Will stay again for sure.

I had just checked in and was about to perform ablutions before leaving, but there were no towels. I asked for towels to be sent, but they were all empty, and they said the laundry hadn't arrived yet. How could this be possible in a 4-star hotel? I waited until 4:30 to be given a pool towel, even though the towel was already in the room when I arrived that night. This was the first time I'd experienced a hotel running out of towels, even though I had confirmed my arrival with the hotel the day before.

The staff was quick...as soon as I called the operator, the engineer arrived in less than 5 minutes. The room was clean, the bathroom clean, the water strong, the breakfast food was delicious and varied. But the room was a bit small, and the parking lot was narrow.

Ruangan spacious even the cheapest room, the staff incredibly friendly & helpful! Strategic location in the middle of everywhere tourists need 🫶🏻 the breakfast also has a lot of various menu & all of them yum!
