Comfy, all the staff are friendly. Recommendations: Double-check before booking, as there's a difference between the south and north rooms. If I'm not mistaken, the south room doesn't have a balcony, but it's quite comfortable and spacious.

We spent 2 nights at Courtyard by Marriott Bandung Dago during the New Year holiday, and it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. Despite the festive season, the service remained warm and attentive, making our stay feel calm and well cared for from start to finish. The hotel offered a perfect balance between the energy of Bandung and a peaceful place to rest. Welcoming the New Year here felt comfortable and unrushed, filled with simple moments of gratitude and togetherness. The hotel is very clean, all the staff are friendly, the breakfast menu has a lot of variety and is delicious, the additional price for breakfast is not expensive with such a large menu, there is not enough parking space and the road is too narrow and dark.

I had a very comfortable stay at the Court Yard hotel. I checked in at 12:00 PM, and the staff immediately invited me into my room because it was ready, even though the standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Bandung. It was great. 👍👌

The mattress is too soft, making it difficult to sleep for those with back pain. It seems like it's time to replace it because the wires on the edge of the mattress are starting to come out.

The color is already dirty gray and the edges are damaged, the threads are sticking out. The damaged curtains can slide down by themselves, even though we called room service (technicians) but they couldn't fix it. We stayed for 2 nights, but on the second day we moved rooms, then there were clothes left in the hotel closet of the first room. They weren't returned until we realized that we had left something behind when we were about to check out the next day. What if we realized after we left the city? Even though we still stayed there for another night, no one took the initiative to return it first until we looked for it and asked for it to be returned, and even then we had to wait more than 30 minutes.

This isn't a 4-star hotel, is it? The towels are disgusting. They're a dirty gray, and the edges are frayed with threads coming out. The consolation lies in the Indonesian breakfast menu, which offers quite a lot of variety. I don't know if this is the case every day or just during the end of the year.

Even though old building but still the hotel very comfortable. Located in the central of Bandung city. The breakfast meal, the taste and variety are very good. The room very comfortable and clean. Little bit downside is the parking building, to narrow and dark, maybe it's because old building. Overall very satisfying to stay at this hotel.
