It's just so-so, the comfort is good but the room is too small and the breakfast is very lacking.

There was a staff member who never greeted us when we asked. On our third day of stay, our room wasn't cleaned by housekeeping, as shown in the photos. The bed wasn't made, the towels were still piled up, the floor wasn't swept, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, and our breakfast drinks from the previous day weren't brought out. When we complained at checkout, she said she forgot, without any guilt. The housekeeper didn't apologize to us; only the receptionist did. There are still hotels like this with poor service and quality staff in Padang. For comfort.

Good, unfortunately check-in time is limited for the upper floors, when you arrive at 2 and want the upper floor, it will be cleaned until 4 o'clock 😌

For breakfast, you are asked to choose Koko Crunch or Popmie.

The price is quite good, 400, but breakfast is only instant noodles and cocok crunch, it really doesn't match the price of the hotel which is expensive but has minimal facilities.
