the experience of staying here is very comfortable, the room is clean, complete facilities, towels, etc., amenities are also complete, got room 305, the view is really nice, you can get it at night from the balcony, it's also easy to find food at night, the staff is also very friendly and communicative, for me who works in a hotel I give it a score of 10/10, the staff from the front to inside the hotel are all good, top, next time I will come here again

forgot to take pictures of each hallway on each floor, I swear it's so beautiful..!! I like the paintings, like staying in a painting gallery, each floor has its own characteristics, in my opinion the paintings are not scary like other reviews because from my point of view each painting has its own meaning, when I stayed I deliberately booked a room with a view and it was really cool, the room was quite spacious, clean and tidy for a room priced at 260, it was really worth it, the location is strategic near Blok M Plaza and there are many food sellers from morning until midnight, it's crowded with food sellers, I really regret going back and forth to Jakarta for 10 years, I just stayed here yesterday, I want to stay again if I return to Jakarta in the near future, I really fell in love with this hotel

The staff is very friendly. If you want to leave your stuff while you can't check in / check out faster, you can. The staff will help you. And the location is strategic right in the Blok M area. So for access to everywhere is closer. Plus, it's close to the MRT station.

This is the first time I've felt disappointed after staying here so many times. The front desk staff didn't properly maintain guest confidentiality, and other people were even able to reach the front of the room and take photos.
The security team even informed other parties about the vehicle the guest was using.
According to hotel SOP, if anyone inquires about a guest staying there, the hotel should contact them. They shouldn't allow people to board and disrupt their stay.

Very strategic location, Value for money rooms, and most importantly the Coffee Shop has an indoor smoking area, so you don't have to worry about where to go if you arrive early or after checking out, I really hope the management maintains the smoking Coffee Shop location because many people also prefer to smoke, but thank you for considering us who smoke and need comfort
