This is my first time staying at Dprima Hotel. I felt very happy while staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive, you could say they are implementing the SOP very well. The room is clean, the food is also delicious. The price is quite cheap but the quality is good and it is beyond my expectations. I had some problems and was helped by the staff very well, I was even allowed to leave my belongings after checking out. The hotel is also close to the mall, I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I go to Makassar.

Thank you dprimahotel panakkukang, a very memorable stay experience starting from the fast & easy check/in process, request a honeymoon setup room for me who just got married, it's free, no additional costs whatsoever. Basically the best dprimahotel, all the receptionist staff are friendly, just arrived at the hotel and was immediately greeted with a smile, the hotel also has a Starbucks and is close to the Makassar city shopping center, there is nothing lacking in this hotel, it is true what people say the best hotel in Makassar city ❤️🥰

Overall, everything was great. It's just (sorry) that the AC wasn't cold enough where I was yesterday. So we couldn't sleep comfortably under the covers. Even when we woke up, we were sweating. Even though we stayed here a few months ago, the AC was fine.

Almost 20 years working in the hotel industry in Makassar, the first time I encountered a reception staff like this, there was absolutely no tolerance towards guests, especially on weekends, where there should be a policy for late check-in of 10-15 minutes, but it was not possible, even though I was late checking in without saying anything, they even wanted to pretend to be fined 50% because the system thought I didn't understand the system. Who wouldn't be emotional if I checked in late at night and then I woke up late when I wanted to be called and asked if I could continue or not, I said no but I asked for an estimate of 10-15 minutes because I hadn't showered and prepared my things, they said no, they would charge me 50% of the price, crazy, if I'm a layman about hotels, why give that, maybe I wouldn't be angry, but I'm also a hotelier, I've worked in the hotel industry for almost 20 years, where I also think it's the weekend, how can I not be given a few minutes to shower, oh my God, seriously! I'll give it 1 star if necessary, don't use stars!!!!! Please teach the staff how to communicate and handle guests properly! Last time I stayed at this hotel and I will share this story with my other friends that if you stay here on the weekend, you don't have to stay here because it's a must to wake up at 12 noon even on weekends and even if we accidentally wake up late, we still can't even get time to take a shower. It's so complicated!
