Room is spacious and clean. Full amenities, even iron is provided in every single room. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is great, adjacent to the famous Ubud Market. It is a very nice place to stay for couples and family.

We chose this property due to its commitment to safety and healthy protocols to defeat COVID-19, and all was good. They implement this commitment to clean to all hotel facilities, with no exception. The hotel overall was great! Staying at 4 nights. Wifi was good at all part of the hotel area. Breakfast was great and various each day. Sure will come back to Element Ubud.

Stayed 2 nights in Ubud so far, the pool access room type for kids is really fun, but the room is a bit damp, maybe because the air is cold and the mattress is quite old so the mattress springs are uncomfortable and sag in the middle, the breakfast is a little bit full and it doesn't feel full.

Overall, this hotel is comfortable to stay in, but the only thing that was a bit of a problem during my stay was the dirty yoga mat (and the staff did not show empathy in handling the situation) and the mud cake at breakfast was too hard in my opinion.

Really enjoyed this hotel with my family. We spent our time during "Nyepi", very peaceful. The only thing to be improved is the hair dryer, it's need to be upgraded.

One of the best hotels in Ubud with delicious and varied food. The lift/elevator is located on the front near the lobby, so if you stay in the room which is located at the rear end of the hotel building, it would be a little bit far to get to the lobby or parking area.

The staffs were so helpful and friendly. My baggage was delayed on the day that I checked in but the staffs, especially Ms. Maika was so friendly and gave my 2 kids soft toys. Really made their day. Ms. Cyntia was also helpful in helping me to make many phone calls to the Singapore Airlines staffs with regards to my baggages. Mr. Rai was also friendly and helpful he helped us book taxi ride and recommended to us some nice places to go in Ubud. We love staying at Element.

Room is good, unfortunately my room has a problem when I checked in. I can't re-enter due to the lock system was having problem and took hours, they transferred me to other room, but there was a whole in the ceiling, and problem with the shower. And it tooks 90 minutes the staff came to fix it. Restaurant menu is not a lot of variety, the taste is inconsistent, sometimes delicious sometimes not. Few of the staff, has a good service attitude the front desk who handle me checked in and also erick the one who handled my luggage, he has good in service attitude.

What I love: the big one, free breakfast and dinner, the location is okay, the homey atmosphere is felt every evening when many people gather at the pool area to swim, sunbathe, play badminton, table tennis and archery.

Hi Element hotel team, you did a very good job to make our stay enjoyable! Clean and very friendly, even if there was a problem the team dealt with it very quickly and made sure we were OK. Not a problem anymore for us. Highly recommended! The location is also very close to several shops and restaurants.

Hotel is perfect for honeymoon and especially their bed is the best ever! Sadly we're only stay for 2 days and on a rainy season (cannot explore ubud more) but will do come back again for sure.
