All the hotel staff are very friendly and kind, especially Mrs. Devi and Mr. Boy the receptionist.. the room is comfortable, clean.. the bathroom is comfortable and clean, the food is delicious, the location is very strategic, if you want to buy snacks, go to the mall, or just hang out for coffee, there are lots of them here and they are very close, staying here reminds me of when I stayed in Singapore in the Orchard Road area... this is the most recommended hotel for a vacation with family.. and in my opinion the price is very economical.. the best choice is Fave Melawai.. later if I bring my family.. I want to come here.. TOP BGT

Staying here is very pleasant. Friendly service, close to shopping centers, food, and transportation. In addition, the atmosphere around the hotel is very comfortable. For travelers who like easy access everywhere and delicious viral food, it is very suitable to take lodging here. The rooms and other facilities are very clean, providing gallon water so it is environmentally friendly, no bottled water is used, access to everywhere is very easy, close to the MRT station, it is very easy to find food because there are many places to eat around the hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out, especially since the event hadn't finished yet, but we were allowed to leave our bags and suitcases. The location in front of Blok M Square is very pleasant, especially if you're really looking for culinary delights. Unfortunately, the breakfast area is located outside the hotel, so you have to endure cigarette smoke in the morning when you want to eat, even though it's only one building away.
