Great location, room reservations were also handled well. Based on my experience staying at various hotels, staff friendliness still needs to be improved, especially the security and receptionist, as they are on the front lines. However, the other staff were welcoming and friendly. Hopefully, they will remind each other.

I was able to check in at 12:30 yesterday. Thank God, the room was hot at first but then cooled down. The toilet door couldn't be closed tightly. Now at night it's noisy from passing motorbikes. The service and service are okay. Access to the swimming pool should be improved because it's a bit scary to get there. The food is delicious and varied.

The friendliness and responsiveness of the staff who served were very good. The hotel's location is easy to reach, close to everywhere. It will be even more successful... I really enjoyed staying at Fave Hotel Cihampelas.
The room was spacious... there was a dining table and a long sofa... we were offered a smoking area or a non-smoking area...
The only downside was the breakfast variety wasn't very extensive. It was actually quite a lot, but I felt like it wasn't enough. There were not enough cakes, sponge cakes, and breads.

Yesterday, I tried every room type: standard, superior, deluxe, and junior suites. So far, the deluxe and junior suites are the best. The interior is new, and the location is conveniently close to Ciwalk Mall, Bandung souvenirs and street food. A minimarket and ATM are located below the hotel.

I was able to check in at 12:30 yesterday. Thank God, the room was hot at first but then cooled down. The toilet door couldn't be closed tightly. Now at night it's noisy from passing motorbikes. The service and service are okay. Access to the swimming pool should be improved because it's a bit scary to get there. The food is delicious and varied.

The friendliness and responsiveness of the staff who served were very good. The hotel's location is easy to reach, close to everywhere. It will be even more successful... I really enjoyed staying at Fave Hotel Cihampelas.
The room was spacious... there was a dining table and a long sofa... we were offered a smoking area or a non-smoking area...
The only downside was the breakfast variety wasn't very extensive. It was actually quite a lot, but I felt like it wasn't enough. There were not enough cakes, sponge cakes, and breads.

Yesterday, I tried every room type: standard, superior, deluxe, and junior suites. So far, the deluxe and junior suites are the best. The interior is new, and the location is conveniently close to Ciwalk Mall, Bandung souvenirs and street food. A minimarket and ATM are located below the hotel.
